It took me longer to write this review than it took for my partner to switch the insurance to his and add me to his rental contract. Brittany G. made this errand incredibly fast and painless. The units are also very clean and easy to access.

I have been a loyal customer and had items in this storage facility for approximately 10 years. Staff are not available on the property or work as advertised. My property has been destroyed in this storage unit by Rats that I did not bring, nor was this an issue when I initially rented the space. There were massive rat droppings everywhere when I went to empty my storage unit. Ms Payton, who did her best to address my concerns, stood with myself and family as we listened to what seemed like someone in the storage unit as we attempted to enter it. Later, we found that the noise was actually rodents. Ms Payton, advised that she hears those noises throughout the storage units as she walks the spaces. I gave ample notice that I was vacating the unit. I was advised by Ms Payton that it would be entered into the system that the unit was vacated and that I would not be charged. Public Storage charged me anyway. I was advised by Ms Yesman in customer service that it could take up to two weeks to reverse the charge. This charge should have never occurred. Beware! Be Careful! Hold the management and staff accountable. More importantly report incidents regarding safety on the property and any billing issues! My experience may not be yours but this is factual information. I share this information with the hopes that this particular location will improve, and customers will have factual information from a tenured, loyal customer who expected a better experience than what the property manager gave to me. Please Read the reviews and make an informed decision to contract with this location.

This facility is as clean as it can be for the age and the units are even cleaner! Mice control and pest control seems good and staff has been very helpful. I would definitely recommend storing here.

I repeat DO NOT use this facility.They advertise access hours from 6 a.m to 9 p.m which is false.I came here at 6 am on a saturday trying to get in my storage unit for the SECOND TIME.I Cant even get in the gate.I've been here longer than an hour.I left a voice messages to the property manager still no luck.Called customer service twice and still no luck now have to wait til someone gets in here til 9:30 a.m.I reported a broken latch on my unit door a week ago still haven't been replaced.The property has easy access for people to jump the wall around back because the property manager lacks management skills here.Dont believe whatever comment they may leave behind me on here.I promise you as a customer I tried to be patient I've tried to be understanding.Hell I've let things slide 3 TIMES!!!!YOU WOULD THINK!!!! They would step up to the plate and get these concerns ADDRESSED!!!!!These people here are not professional at all here.STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

I just began a rental today at the Laurel location and everything went smoothly. Most importantly the manager help to ensure that my code was working and showed me where my storage unit was located. She was very friendly and helpful and provided me with excellent customer service!

Arena & Tamika Was Amazing Moving Me In Today !

Being someone who constantly receives shipments, I’m always in need of bringing these items into my storage unit. I’ve found this particular location to be a well trusted, and secure place for storing your items. Reggie ,who is staff at this location does a tremendous job of putting the customer first. Going above and beyond to assist if needed. I gained a huge amount of trust from him when he reached out to let me know my packages had arrived , and will be securely put away until I could pick them up. You don’t get this at every location unfortunately. Thank you Reggie and staff for your efforts.

I came to this location today to do some research for an upcoming move. I prefer to visit storage facilities in person and not just rely on pictures. The store manager, Reggie, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He provided all the information I requested to help my my decision.
