James was fantastic! Very friendly and d professional. We were there for an auction clean out and he worked with us to ensure everything was complete. I highly recommend coming here. We had issues with the waste management folks who picked up the trash at their location when they ran over some of our stuff, but James made everything better. He is very customer service oriented and and made sure everything was ok. Thanks James!

ALL MY STUFF WAS DESTROYED THE RATS CHEWED THRU THE CELING PISSED AND CHEWED ON MY COUCH MY COUCH COST 3500... OUR 2 MATTRESS, SHOES, EVEN DRESSER WAS DESTROYED BY RAT URINE ...EVERYTHING DESTROYED AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST !!! ON TOP OF THAT THEY ARE NEVER THERE WE TRIED FOR 4 DAYS TO GET OUR STUFF OUT DUE TO A LOCK BEING PLACED ON OUR UNIT AND NO ONE WAS THERE DIFFRENT HOURS OF THE DAY AND THE PERSON MORRIS THATS IN THE OFFICE NEVER THERE AND WAS RUDE WHEN I ADDRESSED HOW WE CAME REPEATEDLY UP THERE AND HAVE VIDEO THAT HE WAS ABSENT !! HE DIDNT EVEN WANT TO GIVE US THE INSURANCE NUMBER JUST HUNG UP ON US PLEASEEEEEE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST
