l helped my son move in recently and the whole process was nice and easy. the manager in the rental office did a fantastic job getting us set up and the space was clean and ready for us to move in.

I have been a customer for about three years in a different location. I called in the Fort Meade location due to my parents needing storage soon. I wanted to do online but my parents believe in talking with a person is best. Maurice took his time to explain all the units available and answered all of the questions they had, despite them asking him the same questions over. He was patient and kind. I was a little hesitant of my parents using public storage due to the level of unprofessional behavior from other locations but Maurice ensured my parents experience was different from mines.

Despite a negative first impression, the situation was eventually resolved thanks to the helpful and polite employee, Devan. The new unit is an improvement, but the initial experience leaves doubts about the overall quality of this place. During my initial move in, I observed three huge cockroaches on the wall and also the facility lacks proper lighting. This was a major concern for me as cockroaches can carry diseases and infest the entire unit. Additionally, the lack of proper lighting makes it difficult to navigate and increases the risk of accidents. Hopefully, the next few months will prove to be better and alleviate any concerns.

Devante was a big help!

Complete and utter disaster. Thousands of dollars of my possessions completely waterlogged and ruined. I had the misfortune of getting the corner unit, which became completely soaked and muddy, as you can see here. The boxes holding my things completely disintegrated. And when I told the staff member about it, he curtly told me to talk to insurance and then slapped on a $75 fine for leaving an empty box outside next to the unit. Avoid at all costs.
