So far I cannot recommend the Public Storage. We got our unit less than a month ago. It has already been broken into, which the staff discovered and did not tell us, just relocked the unit and waited for us to say something. Then when I called about it they have not returned my calls. When my husband brought more items to keep in storage the unit was locked. He opened it and noticed that things had been moved, then he noticed items were missing. He went down to talk to the front desk and they stated they found the unit open the night before and someone was supposed to have called us. Then they said there was an auction there several days before and it could have happened then. Then they said they can't look at camera footage unless we file a police report which we did immediately, but they still will not get back to us.
Jessica, the specialist there that day was absolutely amazing! She helped my friend (who has a unit there) beyond what we could have imagined!! What was at first a dreadful ordeal, Jessica with her way of words left us with such a memorable experience. So much so I felt compelled to write a review for all to know!
Jessica G has the most amazing heart of gold and will make sure your move in is successful! She is the most amazing person when it comes to anything to do with p.s! She will go out her way to make anything as smoothly as she can! Every time I am there Jessica is busting her butt either cleaning a unit or cleaning and making sure the facility is clean! I just recently moved all the way from Tennessee and picked this storage unit because of it’s convenient location. They are right by everything you need and the area is always kept tidy. There’s a very friendly and helpful woman named Jessica that is always there working very hard and has helped me from the time i’ve moved up until now. She broke down everything i needed and answered all my questions and i always see her keeping the place clean. I have been using these storage units for the past 6 months and plan on continuing to rent here.
Public Storage in Glen Burine off of Ordinance Rd an Ritichie Hwy. I went to check out their 10x30 unit the place is great it's well maintained and clean an the staff is friendly. The whole process was great so I rented the unit an was in and out in less than 30 mins. I highly recommend Public Storage of Glen Burine. The prices are even great for the size i rented.

DO NOT RENT HERE! They are infested with rats and bugs. Got the storage unit two weeks ago, came back today to drop off more items and all of my items were covered in rat feces, some kind of bugs, and rat urine!!!
We were at another storage facility 10 miles away ( left because of mice in our bin); Jessica G. was very helpful, polite, friendly, and very professional - she is the face of Public Storage and fantastic customer service. Answered and explained all our questions. I believe you should give this wonderful woman a bigger paycheck.

Devastating. I stored my stuff here for college and it all came in good condition, when I came to pick it up.. infested. Foam items were torn and eaten by mice, belongings covered in mice droppings and food shells scattered across the whole building from some random unit, small bugs crawling on my items.. precious mementos and important collegiate documents were RUINED and I got less that 50% of my money back that I was told I was going to be compensated with. They know they have a rodent problem but don’t share this with their customers, please please don’t come here. I’m looking out for you, I’m devastated.

Jessica G. was a wonderful help recently with our recent visit. Over the years we have been patrons of the Public Storage Glen Burnie Ritchie Highway location, we have never had a representative of the corporation go above and beyond with their customer service help.
I know the location is short staffed, and we have had issues in the past with finding someone in the office to return our calls, but not only did Jessica answer the phone, she called back, and then even went out of her way to call back the next morning to make sure everything we had discussed the previous day was still going to work out for us.
My fiancee went in today, had no problems with receiving help and getting our issues sorted out. Thank you again Jessica G, appreciate you and your time and thanks again. She seems like the kind of person you might want to teach some of your previous employees about customer service.

I'm sure this is a great place overall. Won't be renting from here after the experience with the staff on site. They could use customer service training on how to talk with people/customers. "Can I be of assistance?" and an ounce of pleasantries can go a long way.
I visited Public Storage this afternoon to view the units because I’m unsure what size I should get and Tiffany was SO kind and helpful! I was impressed by how organized, clean, and safe the building is. I would definitely rent a unit here for my belongings. Thank you Tiffany for your exceptional customer service and kindness. Beyond the place smelling like wet dog when you first walk in it's clean. I didn't deal with any staff so I can't comment on that. I handled my business exclusively online. I paid and got my keys when I went there. They have ample parking in front but go early if you want a spot right near the doors. My storage was a 5x5 on the first floor so no need to travel upstairs. The lighting is good. My space is near a big window and the overhead lighting is good. I haven't gone at night yet so idk if it's scary. Memorize your code because it's not the same a your unit and you need it to open the gates to get in and the doors to the facility. When I went there were plenty of carts to help unload. When I came back they were all gone. I had to wait for someone to finish using it. Not a big deal. Overall the place is clean, quiet and feels secure. The pricing could be a little cheaper for my 5x5 space but it is what it is. I hope the pics help to get a sense of what can fit in there. It's small but I tried to utilized the space. I'd recommend it to anyone needing more space.

I’ve been with this storage building for years and public storage has taken over in the last two years and what I find out about it is it’s not as personal as it used to be it got more expensive and you don’t know the staff. The upkeep is good is still nice and clean and you don’t see any evidence of rodents or anything like that so that’s still a plus.

The people here are pretty awful. They raise their prices just to gouge people in a time where everything else is already so expensive... no real justification for that. They're just greedy and ignorant. They are even worse when you try to vacate. Rude, nasty and unreasonable. To make it worse. I saw roaches walking on the wall in the hallway. Never again will I deal with this dumpster.

Friendly and clean but upped the price to $173.00 for a 5x5 after 6 months also if you paid a full month and take your belongings out any day after they don’t refund any of your money even if you are able to move out one week into the month. With the economy the way it is now, that’s just sad!!!
I had a unit here since Jan 2021 when it was EZ storage. Then months later it was taken over by PS. The people who work here now are so rude and do not have any customer service skills. I’ve spoken with other customers here and they say the same. On top of that, there was a huge rodent issue in my unit. I kept 80% of my items in plastic containers some in boxes and others packed miscellaneously. I started noticing mice droppings some months ago I said something and was told “oh it’s a known problem” I was also told because they didn’t have “access” to my unit since I was under the previous company, that they couldn’t add a bait to my unit. I totally understand that you never know what other ppl have or are bringing in but it’s just disgusting. I didn’t even want to put some of my stuff in my car because I was disgusted. Needless to say I left the unit today while I was there I saw a mouse run into unit 1465. Do not rent here if you have a choice. Also for what they charge it’s not worth it.
