Service is excellent and folk are good who work here. Access hours aren't fantastic if you need something late (compared to other local companies) and the company kept hiking rates over a few years to make it untenable to stay here. When I get out of the low initial rate at my new place, I'll have 5' more for over $100 less....

I have been renting a unit here for over a year and don't have any complaints Great place to store your items. Make sure you request a unit online. I believe the prices may be cheaper.

My experience here has been excellent. Zach (i think he's the manager) was very courteous and professional. Any time I needed help accessing my rental, or processing a payment, he was there for me right quick. He even gave me a hand moving in!
Now that I'm in a bigger place, I no longer need the rental space, but I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for great customer service.
Zach called to check up on me and also noticed after my first visit to drop and store stuff that I didn't lock my storage unit properly. He was very courteous, and professional. The last few times I went, the loading dock area was a bit messy and it looked like the same torn up box was there for days in a row. And sometimes the entrance to the loading dock area would be left open.

This is a great place to store property. Very close to the hiway, very secure and the places are clean. I wish there were longer hours to drop things off, as I do sometimes work the late shift snd would like to move things in past 9pm, however, aside from that, I have no criticisms. The property manager, Zach, I believe, is very polite and professional. Offered help several times and is responsive when I leave messages. I recommend using this facility and if I move again, this will be my spot.

It's very easy no waiting to receive by someone know being thrilled by anybody you can just get online go ahead and pay for it they send you a code for the gate and then you go
I am off work due to this Virus. Can not receive UE yet. Due to self employment. Haven’t received that stimulus check. I asked to make some type payment arrangements. I was told have pay full amp before end of month or my items will be auctioned off. I will never use this storage unit again. I will make sure now if my family and friends never uses either. To add more stress to the community is just greed. Customer service is horrible. I was told they have show up for work so others should to. I said haven’t you heard we are in state of emergency? I have the person name spoke with but will not add here saving that for Gov office and head office.
I would give zero star if could. Sad money hungry people. Cruel. I will never use this company again. And if you are trying find place to put things in storage right now I advice going elsewhere.
Edit. This company did assist us and came up with a reasonable agreement after contacting head office. The people they hire in office arent always best representation of the company. I can say this company did make a reasonable payment agreement for us to exit out of the storage unit with some form of payment at a fraction of what was owed. It did take many calls. However I can say they did come through after all. Shame on the office worker that said those nasty things on phone at start of pandemic. I have since increased from one star to 4 stars. As a company i can recommend with a warning not to take what the office help says as the law of the land. If in doubt call the corporate office. People behind front desk often arent best representation of a business sadly.

This is my third time renting here and something keeps me coming back. Probably Zach the property managers charming personality and solution oriented attitude. He checked in a few days after i moved in to make sure my space was the right size, and made sure to let me know how to contact him should i need anything in the future. With all public storage facilities, you can easily download their app which acts as your personalized door opener, pay your bill, read any messages and even order new spaces after hours. It’s very helpful to have both.
I came to the Frederick location with no call before hand or reservation and was looking for a unit for storage and Zach, manager of this location, helped me right away and stopped what he was doing to help. Very professional and left me with no questions because he disclosed everything right then and there. I highly recommend this location and Zach for service. Very good prices as well.
The manager here is very nice and helpful but the price is very high .
I had some of my household items in 2 storages for about 3 years. I found the manager to be friendly, professional, and very helpful during my move in and move out. If I ever had a need to store anything, I would use this facility again. Further, I would highly recommend this location as the storages are clean and well-maintained.
