I just wanted climate controlled unit I got it. When and whatever was the climate outside that day controlled the climate in my unit 🥺 . So some things took a hit but it's ok next time I'm gonna see if they any place on there property to put my things and just use a tarp to cover 😞

Good for short term only. Teaser price to start. After 3 months or so the price is jacked up $50-75 dollars every 6 months. The $200 dollars monthly is $400 in no time. Active duty beware ‼️

The young lady that did my paper work was very professional even with a office full of people and she was all by herself. And she was very helpful with Carlton all the way to the end.
But to close the office and have us running back and forth knowing they have to walk the Branch Avenue location and do the paper work as well as doing other thing.
What the hell is the problem that you can't put ramps at your exits doors? What's the sense of using a cart if it's not accessible trying to get it in or out of the storage or out or in the door this is crazy as hell. MALCOM ROAD IN CLINTON.
Ran into Property Managers Kiya and Silvia while visiting public storage and they where so Kind and property was very clean and well put together.
Kiya helps me with my unit and I couldn't ask for better customer service. She is so polite, smart and always smiling. Keep her around we need more people like her.
