Excellent Customer Service!
At times there are no hand carts for carrying large items, but lately that has been improving. The facility is normally clean at the entrance area inside and on the upper storage level floor. The temperature has been comfortable as well.
Paula and Tina made the process so easy and simple. I was in and out within 15 minutes and felt very appreciated the entire time 😊

Rent has gone up on the storage unit 81% in less than two years. Be aware of that when you rent here.

Upon coming to this particular storage to purchase a unit. Employee Sylvia had shown me a unit. The unit was to small. I asked if I could see another larger unit. Employee Sylvia became very agitated and asked me to sit for a second. Which took about 20 min for her to return. She was not helpful at all once I asked what I was waiting for. She displayed a very negative attitude which caused me not to purchase a unit from Public Storage. She needs to be more pleasant to customers.

They have a roach infestation. A ROACH INFESTATION. It’s not their fault, likely from renters, but that doesn’t matter. You will have roaches in your belongings. Even if your unit looks roach-free, you will leave with roaches. Thought it was safe since it was a new facility. After moving in, bathroom was often inoperable, as was the water fountain. Elevator was falling apart…roaches EVERYWHERE in our stuff. Once we realized, it was too late. Our stuff was already impacted. And they raise the price on you after 4 months. Don’t do it. They say it’s a $1 for the first month, but you end up paying $50 for insurance, administrative fees, and their lock. Choose a different public storage. They have roaches. They have roaches. They have roaches. Look at the other review that was posted referring to the roaches. Protect your stuff.

Roaches! Bomb your unit before moving in! I am not knocking the employees or public storage, because this is a fairly new facility. I believe a dirty customer put their roach infested belongs from their roach infested home in one of the units on 2nd floor! I am hoping public storage do their due diligence to get it under control.
