I would not recommend this storage company to know one I called told the lady I needed the lock pop cause I lost the key in need to buy another one woman set me up with a 9:30 appt to meet someone there to cut the lock get there young lady rude telling me the customer service don’t no what they talking about all calls are recorded in I have a master disc lock that need a grinder saw n I dint have that but everyday I’m getting text messages emails and phone calls stating they’re gonna put my stuff up for auction bill is paid in full so why I’m going up for auction why I can’t get my belongings then I was told I had an option to fill out a request once again young lady they dint have none cause they don’t do that then When I was on the phone with customer service I had them call over young lady at the desk but not answering thou then they tell me if I fill out the paper it’s gonna take two weeks for them to cut it and imma have to pay Jan rent or my stuff will be auction off Feb but in order to get my stuff YALL have to cut the lock so why can’t the lock get cut so I can move my stuff out and called the lock smith they told me $150-$200 someone wasn’t train well or hung over because I’ve called ten time each person gave me different answer if I come with my own tools and something happen to the gate I’ll have to pay for that tooo should’ve called the police to The unit but imma contact a few more corporate places to see so I’ll have a empty house no Christmas dinner or tree cause it’s all in storage in they won’t let me get it it’s givng they been and my unit stealing

I had to wait 20 mins before someone showed up and when I got there it was a man already waiting and he had been there longer than I was. The young lady that helped me was friendly and kind. The building it self is outdated elevator don’t work you have to wait for an attendant to give you a hand cart and that’s after you give them your id to hold while you are using it. Dumpsters have chains on them so you can’t use them. They charge for a lock even if you have one and they just refund you the price of the lock. I know I will only be using this for about a month so I’m not too concerned.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the service here. First off, they charged me for the next month’s rent, since I moved out on July 1st instead of June 30th, which I understand is part of the policy I signed. But what they also charged me for was for insurance on the unoccupied space for the entire month as well, even though I had taken out all of my belongings on July 1st before 10 am. It is a scam to charge me insurance for the whole month in which I don’t have anything stored and was moved out on the first day of July before 10am. Typically insurance is applied on a daily basis, not monthly! This is unfair and feels like a blatant money grab. Also, there was no unlocked bathroom available during their stated working hours, which is extremely inconvenient when I have movers working there all through the morning hours. To make matters worse, there was nobody present to assist during their advertised 9-5 working hours. On the rare occasion that there was anybody there, the two individuals working chose to take a lunch break right when I needed assistance, insisting that they needed to take the break together and that we had to wait till they were back. When we were first moving all of our belongings into the storage facility, we needed assistance on what to do and where to store our stuff. We had movers (who are charged by the hour) help bring our things to the storage unit. However, when we arrived, the two workers went on a break and had us waiting for an hour which also added a charge for us with the movers. Overall, my experience here was very bad due to their lack of service and unfair policies, and I will not use public storage anywhere, any time and would not recommend them to anyone.

The representatives there especially Renee, friendly, kind, curious and gives you a full walk through. She even made sure I knew how to use my access code and walked me to my unit. 🤩👏🏾

I’ll give a couple of stars for the location and convenience of that, but many other things are lacking here. I know it’s a storage facility and this one is particularly older, but this place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in decades. Also, I’m wary of the wooden flooring in my unit which looks like water damage could be a concern. Lastly, the access hours are WAY TOO RESTRICTIVE. Come on guys, Extra Space Storage lets you access until 9 or 10 pm. This place on weekends shuts it down at 5pm and 6pm all other days. People need more time to access their stuff or move stuff in without constant reminders of closing time! Wish I would have just paid the extra money and went to Extra Space or further out to Life Storage.

We've been storing here for about 5 months and have had a great experience. No bells and whistles, just simple affordable storage with kind employees. We arrived at 5:02 today ( Saturday 3/16) aka 2 minutes after close. The gentleman working was kind enough to let us run in really quickly as we just needed to grab our dogs kennel from our unit. Saved us so much time and hassle by doing this for us! Today was one of those days where everything that can go wrong does. Very grateful for his kindness and compassion because it turned our whole day around.

Terrible experience, I had my unit for over a year and they increased the prices twice in a year from $118 to $139 to $180, ($62 increase) without providing any additional space or services. The building was freezing in the winter and sweltering hot in the summer and the property manager was never at their desk to assist. I called in advance about cancelling my unit and was told if I removed my items on the 1st of the month, I would not be charged for the month. I received a charge for the entire month on Sept 2nd. I called customer service to get my money back and they said there's nothing they can do. Worst service and experience ever. DO NOT USE this company

I waited over one hour for a property manager because my key was lost and no one ever showed up before closing. Going to another location wasn’t an option because I no longer live in this town and had to leave before 5pm. I called 3 times around 2-3pm and left voicemails with no response. The bathroom was locked and smelled like weed right next to it. I ubered from bwi and wasted my money and time. Important stuff is in my unit that I really needed like my medication, my clothes and important documents I needed before I left. I want my stuff out of this location ASAP. Another lady was waiting an hour before I came to give her access to the building. She kept asking if I worked there. Unprofessional and just don’t care about their customers.

Excellent service! I set up my unit online and had to move my entire apartment out into this unit. Sadly I ended up being here past closing (but several minutes) twice in a row but Dameian was extremely helpful and courteous. He made sure we had a cart and were able to get everything into my unit!
