Now I'm up from $70 to $150 ? . On the website it's starting at $100 to $137. Started out with a good price. Then they double the price. It look like 10% of people are losing their lockers. All the Blue locks are people losing their stuff. Not making nothing up, look at the pictures. They used to have a district manager that used to help people out She is gone now. Was told if you don't like the increased move. I AM I could get climate control cheaper. Without the Rats. I have allot off stuff I wish I knew about the games they play

Refusing to help me
This staff is literally the worst on April 29 I went online and reserved a space when I got there at 930 no staff was present lock still on unit called cs several times the staff member literally showed up at 12 talking bout she didn't get an alert it was as reservation at this point I need a refund got the manager to put n refund for the unreserved unit thatthe staff said wasn't reserved sent me 21 dollars refund an talking bout 59 is in review gimme my money back an train y'all staff to b professional now they wanna keep 29admin fee like for tf wat y'all dropped the ball management an staff at this place needs to be replaced still waiting on my refund as of may 1
This So called property manager. I simply needed to change my date. Literally waited a hour outside the gate waiting for someone to come. The lights completely off. I left came back waited another 45mins still no one came! She been gone ALL DAY This is unacceptable and a big inconvenience so unprofessional. The hours on the door means nothing because it’s never one there at the desk. Try calling no answer this place is just a joke. Spoke with customer service still unresolved!! . Biggest mistake renting from them would never do it again!

I love the fact that I contacted them and was able to get basically everything taken care of over the phone so now all I have to do is just show up because I'm definitely in there like swimwear... They start you off with a good price but will increase their prices often and before you know it you're paying double of what you started off with, they have no cap on their price limit, which is sad, if you use them for more than a year .... ☹️👇👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Okay so I came in a rush on 01/30/23 and the lady at the desk “India” was so sweet and amazing she really helped me out showed me around, doubled checked my unit to ensure it was clean and made sure my experience with you all was top tier!
