Had the most pleasant experience from a Gentleman name Tom , I’m a military transfer to Massachusetts, unfortunately had no one to help me with vacating my storage , I was all alone and need some assistance. Tom politely asked if he could help he saved me hours of running back and forth with his warm smile and willingness to help he saved my day . I work as a nurse and it’s hard to balance the days off his help meant so much to me , as well he educated me on the vacate process took care of the paperwork as well to save me money ! Now that’s a rarity today ! Thank you for having such a wonderful Stewart of customer service! He’s a true gem the facility is extremely clean and accessible. I highly recommend to anyone and especially my military friends and family !

Had a scheduled move in date, when I arrived to move in I found out the elevator was down. Waited 2 days and still down. Went to the office to figure something out as I needed to move in asap and couldn't. Tom and Rich (with the help of a district manager) went above and beyond and got me situated in another unit at a different facility which was actually closer and more convenient for me. I appreciate the help gentlemen.

Nice facility very clean the problem is they raised my rate twice in a year. U never get comfortable there especially after the first rate increase because who knows when they will raise the rates again.They do give u 2 months notice for a price increase,but its unacceptable to have the rates go up twice in one year.I'm sure there used to angry customers but Tom the manager and Kavi were helpful and very patient.

I signed up for Public Storage but it was the wrong storage facility. At first I was told by 2 members they could not refund me the $29 fee, however I was called back by a manger and he refunded me the $29.

Omg! Tom was a lifesaver! Had trouble unloading 1700lb delivery and getting into our unit. FedEx guy not prepared or able to do it! Tom cheerfully jumped in to help but seriously did 99% of the job! We were en route to the airport; had Tom not been so gallant and strong and knowledgeable, we would have been stuck! Not enough words of praise and gratitude for this young man. Everyday superheroes exist!

Prices could be a little better but then again you get what you pay for and I'd rather spend a little more knowing my stuff is secure and safe, decent hours, GREAT EMPLOYEES!!!! been doing business with them for 2 almost 3 years now and unless their prices sky rocket I will always be using this establishment. I wish I knew the employees name but 1 specific employee goes above and beyond for you, and he is the nicest guy you'll ever meet, because of him I've stayed with this establishment so long.
Today, I received exceptional service at the Woburn public storage. My keys were miss placed and the clerk, Kavi, immediately made phone calls to have my lock removed within 30mins. That's 5 Star Service. Thank you, Kavi!
