This is hands down the worst and dirtiest, nastiest mouse infestation Public Storage on the planet !!! Dangerous and Disgusting is being generous !!The place is a massive rat/mouse nest .
I have videos and pictures of all the dead mice and mouse droppings . The entire back wall of the unit was filmed and covered with mouse urine . It’s absolutely disgusting and the management here could care less . I mentioned the health hazard condition to 2 staff members and 1 district manager who could care less and were very rude . I was promised a call back by Stephanie and never heard back . I was told by Michelle that she would come and inspect the unit and never did . The district manager is the rudest and absolutely has zero communication skills and customer service skills .
We had to get the Revere Public health involved because of the dangers of mouse and rat urine / droppings . These dead rodents carry diseases and clearly Public Storage does not think so . Shame on them from top to bottom. Think twice about this place for your belongings and health .
Check pictures !! I have many more too . There were about 5 or 6 dead mice I had thrown away . These are a pictures of a few .

UPDATE 08/2024: Came back to rent another unit from Public Storage. Reserved a unit online and came into the Revere location and spoke with Michelle, who made the whole process so easy! She was very informative, knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely a great asset to Public Storage! Excited to get my stuff stored away.
2013: Public Storage held a unit for me for approximately one week, and honored an online price that was initially offered to me, which was cheaper than the walk in price. The Revere staff at Public Storage was super friendly, informative, and helpful. Just today, I was in a hurry to move things into my unit, but had forgotten my access code and needed a little help finding where my unit was again. The two employees working at the time, were working together to help me - one was writing my code down, while the other was locating where my unit was on the map and was preparing to take me there. Both were very helpful! Thanks!!! So far my service has been great!

The property is clean, well kept and secure, but what really stands out is Michelle's incredible dedication to customer service. On more than one occasion she has gone above and beyond to help us, always with genuine care and concern and an exceptional solution focused mentality.
