I had THE most above and beyond experience here with the manager Kelly. My grand mother rented a unit and has trouble with technology. Kelly was more than patient with her. Showed her how to download the app (which opens doors right from the app and HOW to use it) Set her up for autopay and continued to answer questions over and over. Made us feel welcomed and like we were family. I’m glad she chose this company to store her things. You can definitely tell she really cares. I can’t tell you how much that means to us!! Service on point
The local phone number has been down and no representative has been there during office hours for at least a week, possibly more if another customer I ran into looking for the office person is too be believed. My stuff is in good condition there and it's pretty easy to access everything so I won't totally pan it, but they did jack up rent every nine months or so, and because no one was around troubles with access make it difficult to get in and out when necessary.
I can’t say enough about how amazing this facility is. Kelly has been so supportive and amazing during a rough time. She is kind, courteous, diligent, just an overall great person. The facility is clean, well kept, and above all else they actually care about the customer. If you’re looking for a place to store your items, this is where you want to go. Thank you to Kelly and Public storage. You guys rock!!!

The staff is really great, when they’re able to be there. Bruce is very helpful and kind.
The building however, has so many flaws that the corporation should be ashamed of. The sidewalk by the elevators is falling apart, Ive seen people trip and fall, ive had my Dolley stumble and cause all of my belongings to slam on the concrete. I have to bring my own Dolley because the ones they supply make it impossible to steer and navigate through the storage hallways.
There is barely any service at this location which makes it hard to access the gates and elevators since it requires you to be on the app.
I was only renting a space for four months before they raised the price by $45. Luckily Bruce gave me a break on that until June, by which time I moved everything out. I’m really disappointed in the corporation, by no means the staff, because I figured a popular storage company would be able to supply their locations with better equipment and a better space for their customers of Lynn.

Waited for 3 hours outside today from 11am until 2pm. Office was locked. Nobody was on site. half a dozen customers were also waiting. Made 3 calls to the main number and a district manager was contacted and was supposed to call us back. Nobody called. Nobody showed up. As a result, I had to extend my van rental for another day and I know have to rebook my return flight to Atlanta because their site manager was AWOL. Tomorrow, I will attempt going back again and if this repeats, I'm going to escalate with corporate and file a complaint with the FTC.
Bruce was amazing! Helped me right away and it was the smoothest experience I’ve ever had. Every time I called in he was pleasant and professional. Handled with care ! Highly recommend!

Been to the Lynnway office the last 3 Thursday mornings. The sign on the front door says ‘OPEN’. Nobody, anywhere near the building, door is locked and no answer on the phone, or callback from being told to leave a message.
Edit: Got a call from “Bruce” who notified me that manager “Dan” was on site. Dan was helpful and informative when we returned. The unit we looked at was a “5x5” but measured well under, however. We do appreciate the accommodations made but upon review, need to take a look at other options.

Doors locked, call number on the door and you get a call center that will not be able to help you with any on-site issue. Rep on the phone was kind but her system was down and couldn’t help me. It’s 11:45 on a Sunday.
I pay $350 a month to store here after they doubled the price within a year. Now I rent a truck and drive five hours to move out just for them to not have the office open 90 minutes after open time. The property manager isn't picking up. What an absolute joke of a business

a very nasty girl to sit at the reception and obviously did not receive education from her parents! Such people should not be hired in public places! in a word, because of such a nasty worker, it’s not worth coming to this storehouse! just very arrogant and specifically does not know his job! in a word, the creature is sitting at the reception🤬 plus the problem is to take a cart and go to the warehouses, especially if you have it on the upper floors. very badly done here. in a word, I do not advise even to look into this storage

It is an horror movie. Stay away from public storage. Bad experience from the top down. There are other great self storage places out there. This one you will live to regret it
Whatever you do, don’t rent here. There is no climate control units as all the same, hot in summers and cold in winters. The two Elevators are always broken. A couple of times, both were broken at the same time so you can’t access the unit. They will raise your rent as soon as you rent. No security camera working. Gate is always open and broken. Whatever you do, don’t rent from public storage ever. unethical company!!!!!
The unit attendant kept cleaning up after careless renters who littered.
He also was very accommodating and pleasant.

the area is safe and the other Storage brand is just few feet away and is open until 10:00 pm .
