Extremely clean facility with a friendly and helpful staff.

I had the pleasure of working with Alicia to confirm my reservation and get my storage unit. She is amazing. Alicia was very polite, patient and informative. She deserves 10stars. My experience has been GREAT!!

I rented space was broken into was moved to another floor mind you still paying the price from 42 up to 52 dollars no help As far as customer service needs. Your information is breached on the phone so anyone can get your space and gate code no one was helpful but one person Alicia who knows what I was going through was something that I couldn’t figure out made police reports and moving floors but nothing helped and I still had to pay for both! No cameras to watch the halls. Just cameras at the elevators and gates so anyone could have access to your unit and yes watch you tube you’ll learn how to breach their locks. If they don’t have cameras then there is plenty of time to break in. One gentleman very kind showed me going in but didn’t show me leaving bc I left with something completely different on.so maybe that was a deferent to get me to drop it but he never showed me leaving if want your things protected get cameras bc you don’t know. Weirdo ex or just anyone in general . I do appreciate Alicia’s help but her hands were Tied. As were mine do I had to leave bc I couldn’t go another day thinking that my things are not safe!!

Public storage in Quincy has been great for the years that I’ve used them. They provide great service. Alicia is very helpful.

Really too soon to say but I am very impressed with security.

2020 OMG! Alicia and Jacky are rock stars. I called into the Quincy location regarding my account. Jacky and Alicia were so helpful in assisting me on not having to cancel my account. They both were very proactive and kept the line of communication in helping me resolve my concern. Thank you, both! 2024 I just wanted to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to Alicia over at Public Storage in Quincy. After four years of storing my belongings there, I've recently ended my agreement, and I have to say that Alicia has been consistently amazing since day one. Her kindness, warmth, and welcoming attitude have made my experience as a customer truly exceptional. It's rare to come across such a dedicated and friendly professional, and Alicia exemplifies those qualities perfectly. I genuinely appreciate all her help and positive energy over the years. I've had a storage unit here for years. The staff was always super friendly and the facilities were always in perfect condition. I wish I could keep renting but the company who sets the prices (not controlled by the staff sadly) is super predatory in how they do pricing. What started out as $229. has turned into $473. With the last increase coming with no notice and just showing up on my statement. I get prices can go up but this is just wrong. Even online, for the same unit, the price is set at $201, cheaper than when I started. Public Storage as a company seems to have no interest in long term customers who have always paid on time. Even now when I put in my move out date, they instantly sent me a message about getting money off. Had they not been so greedy, I'd still be paying them. I leave this four star review for the staff who make this place great. I hope someday what you do can bubble up to the overarching company and I can leave a five star review.

Then I went to public storage in Quincy and met Alicia who made me feel comfortable right away. I have never felt better about keeping my personal things in a storage facility. Thanks again Alicia!

The two women at this location, Jackie & Alicia, are PHENOMENAL. They are friendly, helpful and reliable. I highly recommend this location for your storage needs. Quincy is a bit of a drive for me, but absolutley worth it. I will only use this location going forward.

Worst storage facility I’ve ever been to. Staff is EXTREMELY rude, save your money and go to one of the other local facilities.

I had my belongings stored at this facility for three years. I moved to this one from a different company. Everything here is so much better. This building is always clean, and security seems really good as well. Customer service has always been great!The women in the office, Jackie and Alicia, have always been so helpful and courteous. They go above and beyond to help whenever they can. If I need to rent another storage unit, I wouldn't hesitate to come back here.

I came in today to rent a storage space and was greeted by two wonderful young ladies. Jackie and Alicia were both very delightful and extremely helpful. Jackie took me around to show me the property which by the way is spotless. More businesses should follow public storage and their cleanliness and how well their staff is with customers.

Just want to give an update of an old review. Have been renting at this Quincy Public Storage facility for about 3 years now. We've been completely satisfied and relieved that such facility exists. It's clean, safe, secure, and easily accessible. To top it all, Alisha and Jackie are the dynamic duo with amazing customer service. They go above and beyond answering concerns/questions and resolving issues. They are both incredibly nice, patient, and very helpful! Really appreciate all your help!

7/15/23 I downsized my living space, Jackie helped me tremendously thru a very Stressful time. She was easy to work with and gave me great tips.

Just wanted to share my most recent experience with Public Storage. I was moving from Quincy and needed a place to store some moving boxes while we were sorting things out. I called around to a few different storage facilities and decided to go ahead with this specific location. The customer service that I received from Alicia was so wonderful, she helped me find a storage facility that was within our budget and was also big enough to house our many moving boxes. She explained the check in process and made me feel at ease. The storage facility location itself was kept very clean and organized. It was an added bonus that there were moving carts for guests to use to haul the many boxes. Alicia also kept in mind the dates that I was moving into my new house and left a followup call to remind me to cancel my unit. She made the checkout process an absolute breeze. Big kudos and shoutout to her for making a stressful moving process a little less so.

The young ladies at the Quincy location are angels. Miss Jackie , Miss Alicia and Miss Kay. They were so sweet and helpful while our family was going through trying times. If you have to choose any storage site, choose the one in Quincy.

I just want to say that Jackie is AMAZING! She was so helpful, aside from her friendly demeanor. I felt she really cared about customer service and made sure we were in the right spot for our needs. On a side note, I would say that having more than one person working at a time would benefit, not only the employees, but the customers as well. Having to tend the phones, intakes and tours is too much for just one person to handle, especially if you don’t want to turn people away from your business. Jackie handled it all well, but she definitely could have used a hand.

Great customer service

Don't store your belongings here. They advertise $1 the first month and then charge you full price. Then they tell you your next payment went through on a Friday and by the time Monday comes? It didn't go through and you owe an extra $22 and change. Then they send you a notification email that the pay now button doesn't work and everything is designed to cost you more money. It's not a cheap priced storage facility and spaces are tiny for your monthly payment. If you're looking to get ripped off, lied to, and pay through your nose? This is the place for you. Complete Ali Baba and the 40 thieves. I did speak to the girl at the desk Friday and I guess it's just how they do business. Making any response here meaningless and just a public display at trying to redeem consumer confidence. Pay no attention to the review response behind the curtain. It's just The Wizard of Scamming people out of their money. I'll be pulling my belongings out of there before they Rob me again next month. 😭 😢 😭

I stored my entire home at this Public Storage for a year while working abroad, and I cannot recommend this place more. All of my belongings were in a safe, climate-controlled environment and were exactly the same as I left them a year later. Clean, dry, secure, and responsibly managed. Jackie and Alicia, the managers of this facility, are absolute GEMS of human beings. So kind, thoughtful, and communicative throughout the entire experience. They make this place and set it apart from the nearby competition.

We had this storage locker for 2 years and everything was in pristine quality as we left it. No water damage, no mold etc. Jackie and Alicia have been wonderful helpful receptionists to us. Jackie was especially kind to us in helping us when we needed to move out! Would absolutely use again! (Just wish the price was cheaper)

This place is very clean. Staff very responsive and helpful!! Moving can be a stressful time, especially if you are new to the area. I made a reservation online to get the deal for 1 dollar for the 1st month, it was confusing online about the promotion , terms and conditions based on what our needs were for. Jacky was the person who walked my wife and i through the process to help us understand the cost and the terms and agreements. She was very accommodating even though we were a little late coming from Westfield Massachusetts . I would recommend Public Storage to anyone moving in Quincy or the surrounding cities in a heart beat.

Public storage has been a good experience mostly because of the excellent service and support from Jackie and Alicia in the front office. The storage is clean, easy to access, and has good security. I would definitely use them again. And can’t say enough good things about the fabulous assistance and great attitude and friendliness afforded by Jackie and Alicia.

Facility wise no issues. Accessible only during normal business hours, timings could be extended further.

While my family was going through a very traumatic experience losing our home Jackie at Public Storage was a blessing. Being unsure about what space we would need we thought we would have to find another unit to fit our belongings. Luckily Jackie was able to make it work and get us a 2nd unit maybe a hundred feet from the 1st. It would be great to have 24 hr access but adds to why security is fantastic.

This place one of the best storage facilities I’ve used, and I’ve had several bad experiences with storage places in the past! My family and I were basically given 48 hrs to vacate our house which is whole other story, anyways when I got to Public Storage to inquire about renting a space for a few months the attendant who’s name is Jackie was absolutely awesome I told her what had happened to us Jackie Ted walked me through the place showed me the room show me the spaces cause I wasn’t sure what size I would need and she also went above and beyond all my expectations she’s the sweetest nicest person I’ve meet in a long time and no matter the situation she always has a smile!! I highly recommend using Public Storage and Quincy the staff is absolutely amazing the facilities are nice and clean and it’s just a great experience for a bad situation that I was in thank you Jackie for everything you did and thank you Public Storage we’re having such a wonderful employee!

First, I wanted to say a big Thank You to Alicia and Jackie that work in the office. Honestly, they were amazing, friendly, helpful, and always helped me with a smile. This facility has always been clean, as well as the units the girls in the office, they have been doing an amazing job maintaining this property. If you’re looking for clean and friendly staff this is the place for you. I was renting a 10x10 unit there for a little over 2.5 years. I was previously at Castle Self Storage in Quincy/Braintree and needed a new place asap because I had horrible mice damage to half of my unit at Castle Self Storage and lost half of my belongings. Absolute nightmare, don’t rent from there…. Originally when I started renting here it was Cube Smart and then became Public Storage in September 2019. This facility has always been clean and never had any issues with mice or anything of that nature here. The only thing that changed was the property access hours were changed to 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily and were 10 p.m before. Which was fine, but then the elevators weren’t working for at least 4 months or so, which wasn’t ideal and frustrating because I couldn’t bring furniture or anything unless I was able to carry it up the stairs. Then Covid happened which then brought on new hours, along with another reason. Unfortunately, the main reason I left was because of the current access hours that are M-F 9:30 AM–6 PM & Sat-Sun 9:30 AM–5 PM. Which was very inconvenient for me and I just had a really hard time making it during those times. Now if those hours don’t bother you, this is your place. Again I can’t stress enough about how great the girls in the office have always been, the facility is super clean, don’t have to worry about rodents here and the location is good. Who knows, maybe they will eventually change the hours again.
