I would of picked no stars. I'm sorry but as soon as you walk into the building it smells of mold and mildew. They are also selling units with huge metal beams in the middle of the unit without any warning. I've tried calling the property manager to address these issues and she still has not resolved them. Do not go here.
This storage facility is unkempt and disgusting. Many of my items had to be discarded due to rodent feces or mold. This is a maze of a building ridden with pests. I have never seen staff here.

My family has rented space here for longer than a year now. We feel our property is safe and secure. Furthermore, during the year we've moved twice, first to a smaller unit and then to a larger one; all three interactions (renting our original space, and then moving twice,) with the staff were easy and straight forward. While we were moving between units, they even answered our questions and explained how to keep costs down during the transition. We highly recommend this location

Dealing with Public Storage’s central office was a pain. The only reason I stuck with PS for a full year was that the manager of this location, Tara, is awesome. She provided honest advice and called regularly to warn of impending issues with my account. This is a clear case of a very considerate, helpful, responsible local employee resolving the problems working with a large faceless company. I would recommend this location for this reason.

I was lucky enough to meet Tara at the customer service desk. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. Tara at Randolph is a gem. She gave me an 8x10 right next to the loading dock so I don't have walk that far to my storage container.

We purchased our unit from a rep in Louisiana who was awesome. When we arrived to the storage facility Frank was extremely helpful and went out his way to make loading everything easy for us.

Most storage places have a whole array of lockers in multiple sizes that are very similar from location to location, and nothing remarkable takes place when it comes to renting a unit.
But this location has the best person in charge , always going above and beyond in helping customers. Highly Recommended!
