Don't put your things in this facility. I rented one in this facility and came to bring my things today but there is no cart dolly to carry the boxes I am carrying more than 10 super heavy boxes on my arm because there is no trolley to help. I went to ask the address if they had anything and they said no, that there were only a few but they were using and that they could not do anything to help me, there are only two cars in the garage impossible that there are only two trolleys to load boxes in a unit of this size.

The manager at this property was really rude. She didn’t help at all when I had questions.
Stay away from the one on 490 Eastern Ave Malden the property manager over there is scamming people and she is rude as hell . She was trying to get me to pay her lock smith to unlock my unit after the lock and key they provided didn’t work resulting in me having to pay for another unit else where . And then to top it all off i called the regional Director johnathan to file a complaint and let him know i recorded some of it for proof and all he had to say was you can’t record in the facility completely looked over the fact that i was be scammed.Have video but can’t upload.

Great facility and staff. Stephanie was very helpful.
Wouldn’t use if we didn’t need it. Their monthly fees just increase with little notice and you have little choice living in greater Boston where there are few options for adequate storage in your apartment so we don’t have much of a choice until we leave the area. Can’t wait to not have to use a storage again one day. Also there are mice and the staff are a bit rude (except Stephanie, she’s clearly doing her best)

Wonderful support from Stephanie - I greatly appreciated her helpfulness as I was a bit lost on what I needed to do to move out of my unit, and I could imagine how annoying it could be at the end of the month with various folks moving out or moving in - but she helped me every step of the way. Not only was she helpful and friendly, she also knew everything inside out which I greatly appreciated as I was moving to another location that is closer to where I live. Stephanie helped me make sure that the transition was smooth. The world needs more Stephanie’s!
That being said, moving in to my new Public Storage location was wonderful as well - if you ever a storage unit, I can’t recommend Public Storage and Stephanie enough!

I recently had to move my items from one storage unit to another for maintenance reasons. Public storage put a lock on my unit due to a water leak. I was told the lock would be removed Saturday so I could move my property on Sunday. The lock was still on my unit on Sunday. Thank you Kevin for coming to the rescue. You were so kind and helpful.

I have had my storage unit for over 6 months and I can never get a hold of the staff. Also they have raised my rates twice already. When I called to ask why they raised them they pretty much told me because they can. And to top it all off I’ve found rodent poop on my stuff. Extremely unsatisfied. I will be getting my stuff out of there in the next month. Wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy!

I am extremely dissatisfied. I had one day off of work to move everything to my new home. Unexpectedly I couldn’t get into my storage and I called from 12pm-6pm nobody picked up the phone to help me. I paid for a uhaul and movers, and now won’t have furniture/bed until the next time I have off which is next week. Very inconvenient for them to not show up to work!

I have been renting a storage unit this is the worst place the staff is not helpful and they hide the carriages leaving people with two on top of it they raise your rate out of thin air and it’s not just a couple of bucks as it was I was paying way to much of 190 for the unit and they raised the price to 260 a whole 70 dollars so watch out this place is not run right the doors jam and u can never get anyone to help u nonetheless give u a call back. I regret ever moving my things in here and if ur late with the payment they start harassing u saying ur things will be going up for auction and all this craziness. I will never rent from this place they make things harder for people for those who are renting storage because they don’t have an apartment I can’t imagine the amount of people also loosing their belongings because of storage places like this it’s just gross. You have been warned! I moved my storage to another place.

I definitely do not recommend this place to store your items I had purchased a unit on the first of April and when I showed up it was locked and was not able to access entrance and there was another person there as well trying to gain access in as well and upon showing up there was a woman that was locked in and was not able to get out and had to call customer service to let her out and so I called and left a message for some one to call me about cancelling the unit since I was not able to use it a8now no longer need it spoke with a Deborah 2 days later to tell me that there's nothing that can be done was in a hurry to hang up with me and to deal with the matter there's nothing that says in order to be refunded you needed to call the same day and as of right now I paid for a unit that was never used cancelled it and was not refunded my money back. This is poor customer service I don't recommend this place at all if I could give it a 0 star I would but this is not a place I would do business with especially in the Everett facility I would recommend going else where
The staff here is amazing always trying to help in any way they can. Just do yourself a favor and download the app so you can pay your bill without paying extra fees.

She really cares about the renters experience and makes the facility feel like a trustworthy and safe place. I choose to commute to this facility instead of one closer to home because of her presence here and superb customer service and care for her position.

I have been with this property for a year. I can honestly say that Stephanie is the best. Not only is she knowledgeable but she is very helpful and kind. I would recommend anyone that’s looking for a storage space to this property 100%
The main gate entrance is broken and they have not fixed it in weeks. It has been a massive inconvenience for me and it appears the same for other people. There is never any carts and if there are they are locked in the front office. The storage unit is supposed to be climate controlled, but it is always freezing.
The property manager was a great help in renting a space.
Imagine, with all the mouse problems they have, they still have the audacity to increase my rent. I have photos of all the dead mouse I found in my unit, and the last time I went to ask for free traps, she told me it was the last one left. Indirectly asking me not to come back. You need a new manager for this storage. Besides, she's never in the office and ignores emails.
I just signed up for a unit here and had a very good experience getting set up and shown around. The facility feels very safe, well run, and conveniently equipped with an app for payment, opening main door, and such.

This company process scam with your lease!!!Really it's highway robbery for the customers. I signed lease with them for a storage and my rent was $147.00/month after 4 months this rent became $203.00/month!!!!

I worked with Debra at 140 broadway location but my unit was at another building a couple miles away. She originally called me to welcome to the company. She explained how the building is, hours, any other questions I had. I did run into a problem with the lease agreement and had questions on one part in particular. She was extremely professional over the phone but I had to come in person just because it was easier for me(I live down the road). In person she was able to walk through absolutely everything. Throughout the process she explained line by line what everything meant, had answers to everything, and made signing up very smooth. Very down to earth person who loves to make conversation throughout which is always good. If you get a chance to deal with her, you’ll have zero problems. Great onboard experience all around.

Shady business practices. They raised the rent $60 without notice. I didn't notice there was an increase in the rent because I had it set to auto pay several months gone by and when I called them out on it and asking for a refund they refused claiming they sent the notice through USPS when I asked why they wouldn't have notified me by email or text as well they couldn't give me an answer. My suggestion would be to find a locally operated storage facility that isn't a national chain.
Just went by to get a storage unit this afternoon. Was able to get great customer service from Patrice and Sam. I waited until it was slower inside because I had a bunch of questions to ask. They were very patient and answered everything. It’s hard to find good customer service these days. I was really happy to have 2 of the best working with me here today. Thx for the service.
Update 4/1/22– had to switch units today and I got a chance to speak with Stephanie , the property manager. She couldn’t have been nicer. She helped me close out my current unit and switch to something that worked better for me. She was super accommodating and very polite. It’s very hard to find good customer service now. Stephanie and the crew did a fantastic job. Thanks for all your help !!

Stephanie is a consummate professional. The service was top notch. The facilities are also top notch. You can drive right into the facility to easily get to your things. There are also several carts available for boxes and such. If I ever need a storage unit again this will be the place I go
