My rent has increased from $157/month to $409/month in the space of two and half years.
This is simply the worst kind of corporate greed, in plain and clear evidence here. Do not choose this facility. Once your unit is filled with stuff, you'll find it hard to leave and are left at the mercy of this soulless corporation.
It also appears that this facility is posting fake reviews. Look at the hundreds of 5-star reviews, almost all similar in wording and almost all from accounts that have posted zero other reviews. Go check it out yourself: this place is so obviously not a 5-star facility.

Good unit. Good building. However, expect rent increases shortly after you sign a contract. My rent increased 30% within first year and then again 24% on the second year. When I asked for a reduction in the monthly rent, they just extended my current rate for 3 months and then would increase it.
I have adjusted my review to five stars after having a discussion with the District Manager.

Now Public Storage is a horrible experience. They made a mistake with processing my payment. It took many calls to National as well as the local facility to get it straightened out. Then they still wrote the receipt for my repayment as if it were my fault. Rates go up far too often. I was quoted a price, it went up without notice in a short period of time. I would not recommend them to anyone. Use another place.

I needed a unit to store my furniture and some other household items during a remodel. This location is close to my house, climate controlled, and had good reviews. My first 10 months were fine, however, there were moisture problems in my last few months that caused mold and mildew growth on my furniture and several other items, and there was generally a musty smell in the building. I tried contacting the District manager, but never received a call back.
Amazing customer service!!! Keon helped me out so much, gave me a tour of my unit, very friendly and courteous... I highly recommend this location!
The last time I reviewed this location was 4 months ago and today I just finished moving the final bit of my belongings out of Public Storage here in Hyde Park. I highly recommend this location and Keon who does such a great job.

I have received several courtesy call from him and he has been able to answer and help with any inquiry that I've had..... I give Keon and this location 5 stars.

I have been this storage facility for a couple of months, it's clean and the staff is amazing. Today a was looking for one of the supplied carts and Keon was great he let me know that more have been ordered and even offered to lend me shoe spikes (yaktracks) if I needed them for the ice.
