Public Storage & Public Storage Westwood Hassle Free Storage… My career has brought me to relocate numerous times locally and nationally. Just as when you look to find the right home to live in, at various times I have had to find storage options too. At Public Storage, and Public Storage in Westwood I found storage that exceeded my expectations. The location is meticulously maintained, clean and secure. The onsite staff are welcoming, informed, patient professionals. I have recommended Public Stroage and their Westwood location to numerous colleagues, family and friends who have gone out of their way to thank me for the suggestion and to let me know of their positive experience with the staff and facility. In fact, recently one told me “It was the only stress-free interaction and activity they had during their move”. Thank you to "OUR” Public Storage Team.

Thanks everyone at Westwood Public Storage! Especially Jack who was incredibly helpful, communicative, and NICE! This place is clean, efficient, and the app is great. Plenty of carts to help you move your stuff too. There was a little blip in some internet related stuff and the manager was awesome about it. Highly recommend!

Richard is the most patient customer manager I've met. He went out of his way to really help me secure my unit even though I almost gave up.

Wanda was excellent. Knowledgeable and very patient. Very easy to work with. Answered all questions patiently and her entire presentation was perfect. Because of Wanda I plan to rent from public storage and send friends and family to do the same

Randomly raised my monthly rate $50. Haven’t even been there a year. Called to discuss issue, no answer from management.

Really nice folks at this location. I walked in during, what looked like a training for new hires, and the staff were all very welcoming. The manager, Frank, showed me storage units, gave me some sound advice around which one to choose, and made sure I understood everything involved with my rental. Thanks for the support!

It would have been nice if the bathrooms were unlocked and the water fountain worked!

So , I need to start by saying I was having the worst day and the minute I called Public Storage the woman I spoke to, and I believe her name is Rea was phenomenal not only did she make me feel better but like she was very thorough she explained everything to me and it was just nice to have someone spend the time with you to explain what you were renting some people don't do that let me just say 90% of the people do not do that!!!! so I really appreciated her kindness her willingness to offer any kind of help if necessary and if I had any questions, etc. so if I was to give a rating on this, I would have to give it a 10 star especially for Rea because that woman does her job , phenomenal!!!!! I walk in there , it was very nice and clean , smelled so nice and everything was in order in and it was just a really good experience thank you I will continue to have storage there and I will also continue to tell people about how well and wonderful it is to store your belongings in Westwood

This storage unit is so convenient! I love the app integration for the gate and elevators. I wasn’t sure which unit size would work for me and Rea was so helpful and took me on a tour of the property and showed me all the different sizes that might work for me and gave me all the prices so that I could get the unit that worked best for me! She is so kind and is so helpful every time I’ve needed any help or had any questions. Give her a raise!

Adele was very helpful and made it easy to downsize after sending off some furniture with stepson setting up new home.

Jessica at the front desk was phenomenal! She answered all my questions and helped us get the best climate controlled unit for all my business needs! She even escorted us to the unit and explained all rules, processes and demonstrated how to operate the gate code and special lifetime warranty locks provided by them. She even offered to find more dollys for us to deliver things to our unit as we were storing so many things. I am really grateful we were able to run into her and have her help us through the entire process. The facility was beautiful and well maintained as well, no liter or grime. And its right off the highway, great location! Thank you!

Alex was super helpful in getting me up and running! He was welcoming and answered all of my questions very clearly. Prices are higher than the competition nearby but the facility and units are spotless.

They're very high tech, but the tech does not work all the time and you have to use the old school pin method

I stored some of my belongings here for a year with no incidents to report. Alex, who was responsible for checking me in and out was a professional every step of the way. He was always a pleasure to work with and assisted me any questions I had.

Larry has exceptional customer service There has never been any issues since we started renting storage , very convenient and clean

Great service by the employees. Kevin and Alex were kind, helped me get checked in and out quickly and the place was spotless. (5 stars) Costs were high to rent though and increased every month which I didn’t know. 10x10 space was $180 in first month and was $230 by third month. (3 stars) Insurance was added without my approval and no prorated rent even though I checked out on Jan 14 I had to pay the full month. Not made clear to me when I rented. It served its purpose.
