The building is very clean great costumer service ! everything was very nice good prices . Even helped out with picking out the prefect unit for me which was good .
Ms. Charlie was very professional & she greeted me very well with care and great attitude , she help me pick out the best unit & size for me the place is very spotless.
They raised my rate so expect to pay double in a few months. The office customer service is not patient, but rude and unhelpful, and she parks in the only handicap spot outside the gates, without a permit displayed. They yelled and prevented the movers from walking through the office. They do not have the office staffed during office hours and when you leave a message, they rarely return your call. Safety and security are severely lacking - homeless people, the gate is regularly left open. The fire alarm went off for over 24 hours (during the week) when the office wasn't staffed, no one was on the job and fire fighters could not get to the office to turn the alarm off. I would not rent a storage space from them again due to these issues I experienced. The bathroom is nasty too and there's trash around. One star is too much, I give them 0 stars.

Lord forbid you cut off autopay. First question out of their mouth is "am I vacating".. because I turn off autopay. After trying to update payment last month only to be charged twice. Then still called a day after the double payment being asked if I was vacating because they have not received payment. When they did and just had not looked at my balance. Just in robot mode going by some alert about autopay. Stop assuming!!! Because chances are you don't call everyone that cuts off autopay. Stop the games already. Works both ways!!!! Complaint filed with corporate and local GM. I pay my bills. The phone calls and automatic assumption that I am vacating is discrimination.

I had issues with my lock and while they haven’t been 100% resolved - as I wait for maintenance, I’d just like to say that Ms. Charlie was absolutely an amazing and patient in helping me figure things out! We tried my lock, spraying it with WD40, a new lock, and my old lock again!! All while making calls, assisting walk in customers AND ME. Thank you!

I’d like to think public storage for all the years I had to storage here but mostly I like to think Charlie because she has been a Jewel and a great manager of this location and I could not have been in communication with anyone that’s more experience and knowledgeable than she was, and she definitely kept up when things were delinquent, or when things needed to be taken care of, and I appreciate her professionalism and her courtesy of most of all.

Attempted to rent a storage.. young lady was very dismissive. Asked to see several units was given a post-it note with unit numbers and an access code. Is this really customer service???? It was hot, dirty, and again no one even bothered to show us around. Took my business elsewhere.

You have to put in a code to leave!!! That should definitely be a fire hazard, and if you put the wrong code in, you are locked inside for several minutes...... what if someone was trying to rob me.... no I will not remember the code and no I will not be able to get out!!! So sad... PLEASE SOME ONE REPORT THIS

Set of Rude People were Moving and Had tied up 4 carts making No One Else Able to move.. they Young ladies behind the desk said absolutely nothing to them about it.. they loaded their stuff in the elevatorwhile they were outside on the truck.. I pressed the elevator and it opened with furniture and No Person.. Holding up Elevators and Carts.. Simply Rediculous with 3 Young ladies Working glued to their Phones.. then the had all their Stuff they were moving all in the hall blocking The Walk Way to other storages.. thank God we were moving out . the facility was Nice Excellent for this Sad Even during My I've out which we planned to be Quick before we ran into all the foolishness that could have easily been addressed by staff on duty that saw the same thing we saw.. is and 3 others had to beg them for a Cart.. and they got it right back as if the owned them.. cheeky... Never again.. so sad..

Employee Charlie is a great worker she helps everytime i come to make a payment she a smile on her face she has great customer service.
Staff always rude i have only come in contact with 1 young lady who was nice & helpful. Sometimes there is no one even in the office. I've had this storage a little over a year & its gone up twice already which has equaled more than 40 dollars which is ridiculous. They dnt even give u a heads up or a formal notice. I only found out when i went to pay my bill for next month. These big companies take advantage of ppl in dire situations. The pandemic then Ida has really messed my family up & i cant wait 2 get my stuff out of here.
