I’ve been a loyal customer for two years now, the former manager that was there, (named Mrs. Tracy) was amazing! However, now this storage sucks, please be aware before renting here. They switch mangers every other month, poor communication, the building doesn’t smell pleasant anymore and they go up unexpectedly on your storage unit without notice! This year dealing with this storage has been a living hell and the manger that’s on site is no help! Please if you rent from here beware of unhidden fees you will have to pay with out notice ! The new manger is very unprofessional and rude Rate: 1 of 5 👎

I was a victim of bait and switch. I reserved a space for $40 at another location for the end of January. Despite my already existing reservation, they rented it before I got there. They then told me they would find me another one for the same price and found me one at this location. They found a 5x10 instead of a 5x7 but told me I would get it for the same price. I ended up getting charged more than double the $40. I am moving out today.
Toby is always so nice and friendly, helped me download the public storage app, so I no longer have to get out my car at night to enter my code. Thanks Again Toby

This location appears to be older but the property is well-maintained. The young man, Toby, that is the property manager is very nice and easy to communicate with. My needs were met and issues/questions I had were either resolved or answered by Toby.!!!
