Jan was friendly and helpful, making the registration process easy. She even found a rate reduction for a unit I'm already renting.
I've had a unit at this location multiple times, for many years, and Ms. Jan has always taken care of me. Easy access with the app. And now ,with the new renovations, there isn't anything you can complain about if the aesthetics was a problem.

Ms. Jan has got to be the BEST employee this particular location has EVER had!!! I've had a storage unit with this location for over a decade and Ms. Jan and her boss, Ms. Kristen, have been amazing to me!!! Both of them are extremely professional and I am extremely grateful for that!!! Sometimes, I feel like Ms. Jan cares for my unit and my things inside of it more than I do. lol!!! Why??? Because if I am ever late making a payment, Ms. Jan will give me a phone call in a heartbeat to make sure that I am ok and to make me aware of what is going on. Ms. Jan is ALWAYS friendly and super professional over the phone and in person!!! I love hearing her voice!!! 😁 Get a unit at this (Gretna) location and you won't regret it at all. Make sure it's the Belle Chasse Highway location in Gretna though!!!

Could not get into my storage unit due to the main door code not working.
Mgr Jan is wonderful to work with! Have had my stuff stored here for over 3 yrs awaiting the end of a home renovation! When a storm damaged my unit, she was on the spot immediately to alert me and get repairs made.

Oh my gosh! I love this place - and it's employees - SO much. I had to sell my Mom's house and opened a storage unit online. I had no idea the experience with them would be so good. Jan Finnie and her co-worker were both kind, generous and helpful. Ms. Finnie was there most of the time I was and she went over and beyond what was expected. I only needed my storage unit for 2-3 months. The experience was wonderful, start to finish. Thanks SO much for taking such good care of everything.

PRICE GOUGING: My monthly rent "in these challenging times" increased January 2022 from $278 to $376. This increase is total extortion.
