Perfect service!
Mary is great!
I appreciated the cleanliness of the unit and the convenient location. However, upon viewing the unit in person, I realized I needed a larger climate-controlled space. I reached out to customer service to explore the possibility of transferring to another Public Storage location that had a suitable larger unit available (since this location only had 10x20 units left) or obtaining a refund. Unfortunately, I was informed that neither option was possible. Consequently, I decided to take my business elsewhere, where I wouldn't face a charge of over $100 to move into a larger unit, and scheduled my move-out for this location.
I would have happily stayed with public storage if I could have just transferred to other location that had what I needed in the end or was at least refunded to be able to redo my move in for the new location. Unfortunately they didn't work with me.

Mary provided me great customer service. The door at my rented unit didn't fit my commercial frigs. Mary helped me to find other units. Unfortunately, Public Storage didn't have any bigger unit for the frigs. Mary went above and beyond to help my find other unit by calling different Public Storage locations. She even called Extra Storage company to help me to find a bigger unit. I highly recommend Public Storage.

I need to get a second unit that is located near my current unit so I stopped by the office and Mary was great. She found the 2 closest units of 2 different sizes and drew me a "map" to show me where they are located in proximity to my current unit. She was very, very helpful and nice, too.

The worst storage place ever. Some locations are better than others. But overall it's a racket. 7 days late, late fee. 14 days late, they charge a lien fee for an attorney. 20 days late your lock is cut off and more fees. By the 30th they've already assessed the value of your locker and auctioned your belongings. No 1 on-site more times than not.I would recommend anyone besides this rip off company.
