Such a disappointing company with poor customer service policies. I am giving a 2-star rating, but it should probably be a 1-star. We have been renting storage at this facility for years and they have really gone down hill. The facility is neglected and now you cannot contact them directly anymore. Their direct phone line claims that the office at 6560 Foxridge Dr is open on Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 am - 5:00 pm, but that is not true. I finally jumped through hoops with the 800 phone number and discovered they are only open by appointment. I left 3 voicemail messages and so far, none of them have been returned. They sent an email that they will be doing "work" on the building starting on Monday. They emailed that they have plastic available to cover belongings in the unit so they are not damaged. The problem is they are not available in the office to get the plastic. The agent who answered the 800 help line said I could pick the plastic up on Monday, but I work Monday and the construction is scheduled to begin on Monday. Where is the customer service? What will I do if my belongings are damaged? My advice is to not rent here if you are looking to have a company that supports their customers. Once you move in, it is expensive to move out when you discover that Public Storage does not offer great customer service.

Smooth move in very helpful on the phone setting it all up so my medical aid was able to just go to my unit and move stuff. Happy starting my 2nd month.

RENTER BEWARE!!!! RENTER BEWARE!! PAY YOUR RENT ON TIME OR THEY WILL ILLEGALLY BREAK INTO YOUR UNIT AND TAKE WHATEVER THEY WANT!!! THAT'S WHAT HAPPENED TO ME!!! THEY STOLE MY $8,000 DIRT BIKE, JEWELRY, SWORDS, DVDS ETC.. I KNOW IT WAS THE MANAGEMENT BECAUSE AFTER I PAID UP MY BALANCE AND THEY FINALLY LET ME BACK IN MY UNIT, I FOUND THEY HAD CUT MY LOCK PREMATURELY AND THEY PUT STUFF BACK INTO MY UNIT THAT WASN'T EVEN MINE!! THEY DESTROYED MY UNIT!!! THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME ABOUT MY UNIT BEING BROKEN INTO SO I HAVE NO IDEA WHEN IT HAPPENED BUT THEY PUT THEIR LOCK ON THERE AND THEN MADE ME BUY ANOTHER ONE TO SECURE IT!!! THEY DO NOT CARE TO HELP IN ANYWAY!!! THEY DON'T HAVE CAMERAS AND THE POLICE OFFICER THAT I SPOKE TO SAID THIS HAD BEEN A REPEAT PROBLEM WITH THIS PLACE!!!!! I WILL BE PURSUING ANY LEGAL AVENUES I CAN AGAINST THIS PLACE AND THE THIEVES THEY HAVE WORKING HERE!!! IF YOU VALUE YOUR STUFF AT ALL, DO NOT STORE IT HERE!!!!!!

We got stuck inside the gate. No one was there to help us get out and it was on a Friday at 4. On top of that when I was trying to contact someone to help us. I didn't hear back from nobody until that Monday. My boyfriend finally got it to open but now there's a lock on the thing he used to get it open. I just want to know what are we supposed to do if it happens again?

The monthly rate will change with little notice, and the increases are 25%+.

Took friend to get something out of his storage.He needed to see manager to gain access into his unit. Attempted to go into office for 30 or more minutes also called but to no avail.Someone should have been doing their job better.

This place is a joke!! They were broken into and didn't even bother calling me till end of the next business day. Didn't have any answers for any of my questions. Lady that was there was a sub from different store. She was very pleasant and she didn't know any details. Very very frustrating. Also they cut locks when only a few days behind. Along with not sticking with the " office hours " nnnoooo one is there to answer the phone. Or even let you into the office (cause they are not there, and gone home for the day.) So 2 locks now, stolen stuff And zero confidence in this place. I am getting the hell out of here!! Thanks for all the b**l s**t.
