Public Storage has very clean facilities and storage units. Linda was incredibly nice and helpful; she guided me through the online booking process, which was very easy. She also gave me a tour and showed me several different unit sizes, allowing me to choose the perfect storage unit for my needs.

Monthly payment has nearly doubled since Public Storage took over. No upgrades to facilities or anything to justify nearly a 100% increase in my bill since 2023.
I wasn't happy about how the facility manager handled my checking out. After speaking with a regional/ district manager, we came to an acceptable agreement. More often than not, you can resolve a situation just by talking. I will consider using them again in the future if needed.

I have been with this storage company a number of years and they have a nice neat clean facility. Great STAFF !! Always trying to do the right thing for their customers .
I was there 2 or 3 years ago with the previous owners and then Public Storage took over the management this is where trouble started. Within a month of them taking over our unit increased. They raise the rent every 4 or 5 months, I went from $79.00 to $149.00 in 1 year. I called to inquire about reducing the price, and they gave me a 3 month bill credit of $30. When that ended, I called back for another credit and they refused. I can go online and rent the same exact unit for $60 less per month. Their solution? Move out of 1 unit into a another. Thats terrible customer service! So we decided to move out into a different place. Well that place is also Public Storage and after jumping through all of their hoops, the $73 online price changed to $102, so we canceled that too. And she couldn't tell me how long that price was locked in for. She said it is month to month and could increase at any time. No, thank you! They give you a low price when you move in and then every few months they raise it. BEWARE!
Awesome and clean
This was great at first, close to home and rented the smallest space they have which at the time was a great deal at $45 and after 4 months the price increased to $61 for 9 months and NOW another increase to $87!!! Ridiculous! My husband and I have decided to invest in a small storage for our home and will be canceling the unit. After looking online it gives better online price quotes for bigger units but I’m sure anyone who rents those will experience the same increase.
I was there 2 years and then they took over the management this is where trouble started. They raise the rent every 4 or 5 months, I went from $79.00 to $189.00 in 2 years bait and switch scam!! they give you a low price when you move in and then every few months they raise it. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE

Public Storage has been amazing! When I first started renting here, there was a different company and management in charge. When Public Storage took over, the transition was seamless and super easy. I recently moved, so I am not in need of storage any longer. This property is well-managed, clean, and has all around been a great experience. If you’re looking for storage, this is the place to go!

Renting a storage space at this location, Marilyn Rd in Fishers, IN turned out to be very satisfying. After trying to do it online and there being technical issues, I went to the location and was able to complete everything required for move in next week. The in house manager was able to call tech support and with the help of Avi I am set-up for moving in. A huge thank you to Avi and Linda at my location!
