Would recommend this Public Storage location to anyone with storage needs. Keaton offered great customer service. He reached out via phone to offer assistance upon my initial online request and submitting my move out date. The gate and custom, auto generated code along with seeing them walking the property made me feel my belongings were safe. If I need storage in the future, this will be my first stop.

My Daughters mother died and it was a miserable couple months getting everything taken care of after. So much so that I forgot to pay a couple months. Keaton was so helpful in getting all of it figured out and squared away. Dude deserves a raise and a bonus.

I was late on my rent and paid it within a few days, with everything being electronic you would think it wouldn't take 24 hrs for the app to be able to let me in the gate and provide me with the code. The door was locked no one around, I called and luckily in a few minutes someone emerged and helped me but I thought I was screwed til the next day. Other than that and forcing you to carry renters insurance it's not a bad place as on now.

I like the convenience of having had some place to store all of my extra things while, I recover from a divorce and subsequent illiness. However, I miss the previous owners as, they were friendlier and less staunch. The current owners have raised the price at least 3 times in the 2 plus years they've taken over and, I see no incentive for customer loyalty. I've been storing at this location between the old and new owners for 10 years. The way they keep raising the price makes me feel like they really want long term tenants, like myself to get out. Ijs.

Rented space at this storage business as my landlord of 12 years suddenly decided to sell the house I’ve been living in. I have a lot of work to do and the final weekend to move items, the security gate quit working making it impossible to access my unit to move items. I had taken time off work and planned to having everything out, but with no access to my unit, I couldn’t! When Monday morning rolled around, I called the manager who seemed pretty unfazed by the situation, telling me that they are getting a hold of an IT guy. Seriously? How is there not a plan in place and someone on call to have this handled day or night?? Access to the units are supposed to be from 6a-10p. And losing all those hours to work has put me in a very bad situation. I highly recommended you find a place that actually respects your valuable time especially when we know move out dates are a thing!!

Really kind and helpful. Got my storage booking done in like 10 minutes.

Unit is dry and secure. Passcode gates and security cameras give me peace of mind. After showing me 2 different size units and assessing my storage needs with me, Keaton made my sign up fast and easy.

Staff at this location are friendly but fyi do not pay months in advance unless you know you will keep the storage unit. They WILL NOT refund your money

The price of my storage is good and the staff is super friendly! :) (5yrs ago)I wrote 5 star so update So I paid 20days late today and when I paid they said they want customers to pay on time not customer to pay late because they have bills to pay( he said that's what the company told him to say basically) not mad t the employee I'm disappointed at the company so before this month ends I will be leaving this storage unit.

Normally, I don't write reviews, buy, hey, here we are. Usually, if I need space for something, I condense what I have down or build something myself to store my items in. To my absolute dismay, I could not. So, I got on my idiot box/"smart" phone and found this place. I was dreading heading in because, let's face it, the public at large are mostly idiots. As I entered the establishment, my fears were completely allayed. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and made the experience as smooth and easy as possible. I would highly recommend this place for anyone's storage needs. The fact that I could store everything here and not find space in my prison wallet makes me eternally grateful.

Honestly the best experience I’ve had moving/storing at Purdue (as a fifth year senior). They let me see all the units and informed me of better deals at their sister store down the road. Impeccable service.

This place is an absolutely a joke!! Before you there make sure you do your homework!! I will never go there again. Had stuff stolen and they did nothing to help get it back for me. Apparently the works need my stuff more then I did. They only have cameras in front and not and back. Find a place thats has cameras all over the place and will watch the storage unit at all times. Also they will rise your unit without telling. So good luck to anyone with this place!!!

If no stars were a thing that is what I’d give. Everything was so easy to set up. The process to get a unit, the payment setup, the lock, and the freedom to come and go between reasonable hours. THEN we started clearing out our two units(this should have only taken a few days) and discovered almost every box, tote, enclosed wood crate, etc had been eaten by mice. We lost every linen item we have, lost all of my sons nerf guns and bullets(in a plastic tote), my daughters barbies(in a plastic tote), all kitchen utensils were covered in mouse droppings, we have no sheets, blankets, towels, shower curtains, etc that are salvageable. We have now been delayed almost a month bc of the extra washing, crying, scrubbing, cleaning, tossing, etc we have done. We can’t bring a single thing in to our home until it’s been taken out 1x1 in fear that we will bring mice in to our home with our kids. If the mouse/rat/whatever infestation issue isn’t bad enough we have constant issues with payments. We have went in and updated out auto payment MONTHLY and they still have not gotten it right. One unit auto drafted this month but the other did not. Thomas so kindly left a not so generous voicemail for me stating “once again the payment went back to an expired card” after my husband was literally in their two weeks ago AGAIN to update this with them. I wouldn’t suggest this as a first option for any storage that might be valuable. We are out thousands on damaged, eaten, essentials that we have to replace. It’s been the saddest unboxing move we have ever had to make and our kids are completely crushed. 0/10 recommend using simply self at this location specifically to anyone. Just save yourself and the heartbreak and go elsewhere.
