Con esta son 3 veces que se meten a robar el storage de mi esposo hemos llamado y nunca nos atienden, el señor que disque cuida ahí nunca está y el sábado si lo encontramos y mi esposo le comento lo que le había pasado y la solución que le dio es cambiarse de storage le dio otro el lunes fuimos con mi esposo a empezar a cambiar las cosas de un storage a otro y la maquinaria grande aún se quedó en el anterior y mi esposo puso en toda la puerta tornillos para que no volvieran a entrar y vaya sorpresa ahorita acaba de ir mi esposo y se encuentra con q le robaron todo desatornillaron toda la puerta, que pasa? Se supone que hay cámaras y quien cuide y se supone que uno paga un seguro y porque no dan la cara?

Makes an appointment with you to be here before 12am a day ahead and he’s not here. Management and corporate can’t do anything to solve your issue. No respect for peoples time. Go somewhere else. No one is here to even make sure your belongings are secure.
NO ONE IS AT THE LOCATION. SAME GOES WITH MOST OF PUBLIC STORAGE LOCATIONS. NO ONE IS EVER HERE. WETHER YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT OR NOT.

Very nice and friendly staff. Had a bit of a technical issue setting up my pin for the gates but the lady at the desk was persistent in getting it working immediately!
This place is a rip off. I called on a Tuesday to find out status of a shared unit. I was told I had till that Friday to come pay $300 in order not to lose my things. He also told me that it wouldn't be no more than $300 and that would catch it up to the end of the month. He also said he would put a note on the account that I would be in to pay the bill. I get there Friday and the guy I spoke to was not there. The employees that were there told me total was $334! When I questioned the price change I was informed that they had to cut the lock off of it the very same Friday I was going in to pay the $300. They sad they had to open it up to verify that it had not been entered abandoned and empty even though the other person left that note on the account like he said he was going to. How convenient for them to come up with an invalid excuse to add on another frivolous charge. Will be filing complaint against them with the BBB and the CFPB.

Property Manager has impeccable customer service. There's A LOT of repeat business. They have storage units to fit every need.
