Do not rent from them the insurance is bull crap all the items you have in your storage and they will only pay 250$ and it was mice’s popping out on me please DO NOT RENT THE ORANGE DOOR STORAGE WILL NOT PAY U it’s been since August and the insurance is telling me that I needed to open the boxes with mice’s jumping out on me why moving items out on top of being chased by a dog in the facility PLEASE AGAIN DO NOT RENT

I have had my storage for a long time and I have been through the years of when there's people there was meeting and greeting you and have an opportunity to talk to him and now since you have this automated system is not the same Everybody has problems in life as of today but there are some people don't think that you have them problems but if you're able to work with us when we can get our payment paid it would be nice
They do not honor the deals listed and charge for every single thing under the sun.

I haven’t moved in yet but I came by and inspected my unit a few days ago. Today I got a call from Chris who just wanted to check on my experience and let me know that I forgot to lock my unit. I greatly appreciate the effort and the price.
Terrible company . You sign an agreement for one price and the next month they charge u almost double saying they go by market price. I put my items in the storage came back had mouse poop in all my stuff . Their customer service sucks.

We were storing some of our items in my brother in laws storage and when we went to clean it out most of our items had mouse droppings and chewed holes all over the unit and we even found live mice babies in some of my mother in laws clothes. My brother in law was told there would be a 300 dollar fee to remove all of the ruined items but pictures were taken and we are looking into legal action and reimbursement for all of our destroyed items.
Robin was awesome. She was very patient with me and very articulate in walking me through each step of the rental process. I have never rented storage before and I was very apprehensive but Robin guided me step by step . Thank you Robin.

Buildings are being repainted. Company is reinvesting back into the property. On site property manager very professional and great to work with. Location is not the greatest but pricing is vey reasonable.
