I rent multiple units at this facility and have for some time. They have convenient access hours, easy remote gate with phone app, and excellent rates. We have received such great personal care from property manager, Kristie, and also from Karen, who traveled a distance to help. Great location, kind people, everything we’re looking for in long-term, off-site storage spaces. Highly recommend.

Good experience
I got a space for a reasonable price and they recently shot the price up 20 bucks. It was enough space and for what I was paying I probably would have stayed but now I found more reasonable storage.
Had such a great experience, the staff was very helpful. Especially Dorian, she made everything easy and fast!

They're having staffing issues so PS gets a 4 star but Lori was incredibly helpful in getting my unit upgraded and transferred so she gets 5. She was willing to come from a different location to meet me and get everything moved over. Thankful they still have her around, don't know what they would do if they lost her honestly.
I stopped in a few days ago to ask about transferring to a larger unit. I was told I had to move out of my current unit and into the new one by end of business hrs the same day. I confirmed that someone would be in the office on the 30th of December so I could make the move. I drove an hour and a half a nobody in the office during business hrs. Just wasted over 3 hrs of my day for absolutely nothing as well as gas. I also called the number on the office door and spoke with a lady that said" let me call and find out where they are. Was then transferred and voice-mail picked up. I left a message asking them to please call me back asap so i could move. That was 4 hrs ago during business hrs and no call backI'm stuck in a unit that is too small for my needs for another month. I will be looking for a new facility for my storage needs. All payments have been on time or early. Losing a good reliable customer!

The units are clean. The payment system online didn't work, had trouble getting the access code to get in the gate. Texting system doesn't work most of the time. It's challenging but finally got the unit rented.

Should be ZERO stars. No customer service. Office hours are NOT kept with no one on site. Calling the customer service number on the door puts you on perma hold with no one picking up after 20 minutes of holding. I wouldn't store old outdated newspapers in this facility. STAY CLEAR!
Told to contact virtual assistant and tried to transfer to an agent during hours they show available. Was told to try again later. I am ready to cut off the lock and move out. I want out and cancel my rental but I can't get a hold of anyone to tell them.
Jaime is THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE EVER!!!!!! She helps when I forget my account when I don’t have my info, she helps at times I forget my code. I’ve been here for YEARS and she HANDS DOWN is one of the BEST employees so far. THANKS JAIME!!!!!

Just moved in a unit mid November. Got a notification end of March that rent is going from 178.00 a month to 249.00 a month! A 71.00 increase! No one can explain WHY?? 71.00 a month increase is Ridiculous!! Said someone would call me back. No one ever did. They just sent me an email stating they could not negotiate my rent at this time. Can not get ahold of anyone in corporate (of course). Highly do NOT recommend this storage facility!! Very dissatisfied customer and they don’t care.

Keep your access code for the gate somewhere you can access it — despite the sign saying the facility is open until 9 at night, sometimes, you can't find the steward.

Used the facilities here for 3 months. We just retrieved our things to move into our new home. Mice have been in the boxes and chewed through things, and several of the boxes that were sitting on the floor of the unit have water damage and were still damp/moldy when we got them out. What was I paying for? If I wanted water damage and mice in my belongings, I would have thrown them outside in a cheap shed. Do not recommend.
Glad I was finally able to get my lock issue resolved.
The manager showed me some very nice units while I was shopping around. The property is undergoing some preventative maintenance to keep birds away right now, but everything I saw was clean and secure. The area is quiet, and the manager lives on site.
Damecia was very nice and patient with helping me get a storage unit for the first time. She is a W employee!

My experience here was excellent. The guy i talked to on the phone was very nice, understanding and professional. It only took a few minutes to get me started but the real beauty was once i got to the location to finish up paperwork, the employee Damecia( i think she was the manager) was amazing.
