The staff at this location is great and helpful. Lori is super!!! Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about corporate administration. They ridiculously raise the monthly rates to ridiculous amounts. I have a 10x10 unit. It started out at $95 per month. After several months it was raised to $130 something, then $143 and then it went to $193 a month!!! At the same time, 10x20 units were advertised at this location at $120 something!!! I am now back to $90 per month for a 10x10 but I had to terminate my unit #118 and physically move all of the contents to #109. I guess corporate figures you will just pay the increases versus moving and/or having to rent a truck to haul things away. I am good for a few months, but at least I bought time until the weather is better. I spent all day today in the rain and snow switching things over. Not happy at all. No wonder the company CEO makes $9,201,442 a year. Stay away from here in my opinion.

Lori, the location mgr at the Illinois road location is stellar!!!! If you need ANYTHING, within means, she makes it happen, goes over and beyond to accommodate your needs and ensure you with confidence!! She will be the reason for customer(s) loyalty! Now, somebody give that lady a brewski, and a pay raise!!!!

This is by far the easiest PS facility to work with. Always get problems handled, always efficient and greeted by the Manager Lori. She has been nothing but helpful anytime I’ve needed to make sure things get done. And it’s not even my storage property as my things are at another location but she always goes above and beyond to give top notch customer service. I went to visit this storage on Illinois road on fort Wayne Indiana. when I walked in to pay my bill toward my public storage in SC. I never got such warm greeting and welcome. I met Lori and Jaime two of the most kindness ladies ever 😄😄 they treated me with the most highest respect. plus they storage place there is safe and very clean. thank you both for your kindness 😘😘❤️❤️ if I need a new storage i am coming there 😉😉 God bless 🙏 🙏
