I rented a storage unit with a move in date of January 23, 2024 at $53 per month. I was notified at the end of May that my rent would be going to $73 beginning in July. THIS IS A THIRTY-EIGHT PERCENT RATE INCREASE in less than 6 months!
I called the Britton Park location to speak to someone and received voice mail. I left a detailed message - NO ONE RETURNED MY CALL!
There is no reason for this rate hike, less GREED! ZERO IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PROPERTY AND TEMP CONTROL IS ABOUT 80 DEGREES ON HOT DAYS. No where did this say it was a temporary rate for the unit. THIS IS CLEAR BAIT AND SWITCH!
This is my first time having to rent a storage unit Terri the property manager was very helpful with getting me through the process and explaining everything to me. The unit is more than enough space and very clean. I look forward to renting for quit sometime and would definitely recommend Public Storage to others.
Honestly I was a mini storage depot customer. I was mortified when I found out the staff failed to disclose they sold. Mainly due to the stigma surrounding public storage. I’ve actually updated my review since then, should’ve sooner..
Beau the DM is honestly so fantastic. He really worked with me to help me understand things his manager Linda should have had zero complexities doing so herself. Wish I could say I’m kidding. The last time Latasha was very gracious and helped me, after Linda ignored me for 13 minutes approximately.
Aonyanae helped me in ways that were above and beyond the call of duty. And for that I will forever be grateful to her. She is extremely knowledgeable, and she really needs to have Linda’s job, respectfully. I’m just being honest. Never have I been told by aonyanae that she isn’t going to discuss my account, nor has she ever ignored me. She actually went above and beyond the call of duty and her job title.
All in all, beau and awesome, so is aonyanae, and Latasha = dream team.

My experience has been great. l was called to confirm what I needed because I had accidentally filled out 2 reservations. The person helping me was nice and helped me through the rental process, explaining everything. The units are in good and facility is clean. Looking forward to using this facility for a long time. I love that access to the front desk seems easy.
The lady who usually works there is so helpful. She helped us with a deal on moving boxes that was cheaper than Home Depot and Lowes! Storage Pack=10 boxes and 2 packs of tape for $20. We bought 3!!!!

This is our 2nd time renting from Public Storage (rented at a different location before) and it’s been a great experience both times! Storage experience and the unit was reliable and relatively easy. The sales felt unecessarily aggressive. I'd recommend using the service, just be mindful of them trying to sell something you don't actually want.
Edit: since then I feel like they haven't been as aggressive. Also, Terri is super nice and helpful.
You can NEVER get these people on the phone to assist with the business side of things! They apparently make it easy to move in but if anything else needs to be handled - good luck. The customer service on the website directs you to the property. You contact the property and all you can do is leave a message. If you leave a message they NEVER call back!!!
I accidentally reserved a unit that was too small, and Terri at the front desk was extremely helpful and able to get me switched to a bigger unit immediately with a good rate. Great experience!

A very nice storage facility in the heart of Fishers off of SR-37. I'm renting one of their largest units and have been pleased. Your monthly rate can fluctuate, but that is stated in the agreement. The property is clean, secure, and easily accessible.

I came in to take care of a problem that I had encountered last night while trying to rent 2 units. The online sight would only allow me to rent 1 unit. Linda was able to help me get the problem solved. She was very kind and efficient at her job. I can't imagine a better experience.

Great place to store whatever you need! I had maybe a week to figure out where to store some wood furniture my grandfather made. I looked at several different self-storage units around Indy and this was by far the most reasonably priced. The facility is great too. Very clean. Can access the gate with both a code or your phone app. If your moving into a climate controlled, like I was, there's a large elevator and complimentary dolly's to make loading very easy.

Just moved to Fishers and have never had a storage unit in my entire life! We downsized and I just needed storage for my Christmas stuff! I walked in and was greeted by Linda, she was very friendly and helpful! She showed me 2 units that I had looked at online and it really helped me to visualize the space! She helped me get the best price possible and I am excited to start moving in tomorrow so I can have more free space in my garage!
