Julie was amazing today she helped me with all my needs. I recommend her.
I started my rental agreement in September of 2023 for $114/month. In March of 2024, rent was increased to $141/month, and in September of 2024, rent was increased to $173/month. This is a 52% increase in 1 year of being a customer. It's unacceptable. The girl at the front desk is nice and knowledgeable, and the place is pretty clean. You have to purchase one of their locks and you can't access the property after 9:00 pm. Using their app allows for easy entry / exit.

Great clean facility and service
Troy at public storage was so helpful today. First time owning an rv and getting it stored and he made it an absolute breeze! He was so kind and was so patient with me as I had to make multiple trips to my vehicle to grab the required paperwork! I know I’m gonna be so excited to rent a space here especially at such a clean a friendly facility!

There was a huge mix up with the unit that I rented. When the movers I had hired arrived with a truck and trailer full of items for storage, there was someone else’s lock the unit we had just rented. Since it was five minutes after the office closed, there was no one there to help. Not knowing what to do, they found an empty unit and unloaded into it. The regional manager called me himself and apologized profusely for the mixup. They took full responsibility. In fact, he went himself and moved my items from one unit to another. I cannot say enough good things about Public Storage! We are all human and we all make mistakes, but they definitely make it right when something goes wrong.
Great experience thanks to Julie at public storage. Never rented a storage unit before and had accidentally rented too small of a size which I didn’t find out until I got there. Called the office and Julie came out and showed me the different size units and was able to help me transfer mine all in the matter of minutes. Which was great because I’m set to move tomorrow and then I catch a flight across country. Thanks Julie!
To pricing highest place in town rates have increased several times its time to go somewhere else do not recommend here i was just lied to don't come here

Great stay. Closed account out when I moved out. Communication was not reaching right people I kept getting emails, collection notices, unanswered phone calls, and repeated telling of my issues even when telling them over & over I was ready out. They kept trying to charge my card, but eventually got it together, I guess.

I have rented storage here several times. It’s always clean. I feel my items are safe and secure here. Today I moved out of my storage. I went to turn in my key and I met an employee named Brittany. Britney is high energy, smiles a lot, and made me feel noticed. I like the storage rental, but her customer service was amazing

I came in person and met with Brittany and Julie and was able to secure a climate controlled unit. They were exceedingly helpful and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone. We had to do some paperwork and they were easy to communicate with and all smiles:) The property looked fantastic. I am so happy to have the facility to work with.
Update...Mr. Demarco a regional manager called me and was very understanding and helpful. He stepped up for the company and made me feel like something of value. I will definitely consider them again in he future.

I have been renting here for 8 months and recently needed to downsize from a 10x10 to a 5x10 and let me tell you I didn’t even think about renting a storage unit anywhere else. Accessing the unit is a breeze and the customer service is incredible. I walked right in and was immediately and enthusiastically greeted by Brittany and Julia. They explained everything so well and showed me the storage unit before I signed which I thought was so helpful. If there are any questions or concerns you have they are there to help. Truly the best place and easiest way to store your stuff. Also you don’t have to worry about anything getting stolen as the location is in a safe area and there are cameras everywhere and the locks are very study and only have one set of keys and they’re yours.
I wanted to change to a larger storage space. Brittany and Julie were so helpful with the transaction and explained everything in detail and got me closed out on the smaller unit and set up on the new one without any hiccups in under 10 minutes. Thanks for making it easy!
