Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 3644 State Route 261, Newburgh, IN

Charging me for a whole month of November for a storage unite and shutting my account down November 4 no text no call no email and renting it out from underneath me and they say nothing they can do ! All they said was they assumed I was done with it…. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I will be letting my family and friends know how you guys do business hop this helps you decide who you will trust with your personal belongings

Very convient and clean facility

Constantly raising rates after they get you in. 2 units are now double what I was paying for the 3 units when I first moved in. These rate increases are not out of necessity, but out of pure greed. Can't even get 24 hour access. Only one restroom and now they keep it locked. Not even trying to get the front gate fixed. Almost got my second unit emptied out and then I'll be moving my last unit to another storage facility or my shop. FYI, Public Storage detects what device you're using when you go on their site to check rates. Try looking up rates from different devices before you create an account with them. Older/cheaper devices will get a lower rate and newer/higher dollar devices will get higher rates because they think you have more money and they will quote prices higher to get more of your money. Either way, they're still going to hike their rates once you're there every few months, just because they can and they know most people would rather pay it than to rent a truck and take the time to move their stuff somewhere else. I'm tired of Public Storages constant "because we can" fees/rate increases. I'll be out soon. It is a nice, clean facility and the staff are nice, but they are taking advantage of people, especially those who may be in a situation where it is hard or impossible for them to get out of there and leave them with no choice but to pay the ever growing rates. It's just not right.

Two stars only just because it is clean and the staff on site is very nice. Have had two rate increases in less than a year. Will be looking elsewhere once the weather gets better, they lure you in with good prices and then start increasing.

I began at this storage for my daughters as it was close to my house and well they back in with momma after two months. This facility is beyond clean there is no glitches in the system I literally put my code in, than i am able to get in my storage unit. the units are clean i haven't had any problems with bugs or anything my stuff stays safe. The best think about it all is the property manager Tory is the kindest and most understanding man you'll every meet. He makes using his property worth it within its self . THANK YOU TORY!!!!!

Management reached out to help me resolve an issue in a discrepancy in billing for the month after I moved out. More than happy to leave a positive review. Few businesses would have done that. Nice clean facility.

I’m in the Army and signed the contract when it was only like $109 a month. Somehow it’s now $194 a month now. If I was there I’d move my stuff to another company. Also, they don’t do a military discount. And last time I was there there was water leaking into my unit. Overpriced and don’t stand next to their commitments. Btw, my first month wasn’t a dollar like it was supposed to be either.

Stevie was so incredibly patient and helpful with everything relating to my unit. I've had alot of ups and downs and she always kept me informed of my unit status in a super polite, non-demeaning way. Even when I had a little hiccup during my checkout/move out, Stevie reached out to another person to get the issue resolved. 10000/10. :) If I HAD to make any kind of constructive criticism, it's that I wish the folks that did their online customer service were as nice and personable as the in office folks here.

When I was looking to rent a second unit, I discovered that new rentals were less expensive than what I was paying for my existing rental at a different location. Paula helped me get the new unit and was even able to reduce the cost of my existing unit at the other location. She's a rockstar - y'all need to keep her around for a long time!
