It seems like now these days. They have offices there where there's supposed to be somebody to do the paperwork physically . So you can get a storage unit, but no. There's nobody anywhere in the 10 mile radius or to the nearest store. Everything is technically online because they're too lazy to get out of their house and physically do work.
It's a shame how. It's come to this. The worst experience ever, I tried doing everything online, but for whatever reason, they kept charging my card and then not giving me my registration number. The security passed code, and when I called and asked about it, they told me on their end that I never purchased anything. But then I have 2 charges on my card from them. worst the experience over

" sorry, it doesn't cover for this or that", basically you are given them $120 a year FOR NOTHING, on top of the high price rent.
God forbidden if for any reason you cannot make the payment on time!!!
They charge you $13.90 on late fees!!
And if you pay by phone is extra $5.99!!!!
