Jackie and Joel were great. Jackie went out of her way to help me out because I was struggling to get the app going on my phone. Thank you so much.
The main gate keypad doesn’t work. Nobody works in the office, it’s by appointment only. The app doesn’t open any of the gates or doors. There are zero carts in this facility. If you bring your own lock, again nobody works in the office so you have to make an appointment to get the lock refund. Suffice it to say I was far from pleased and definitely not impressed.

Complete trash! In 2 years my rent has doubled!! Nobody EVER answers the phone but they'll call you everyday if you don't pay! There's way better places out there. Stay away from here!
Always clean, polite staff, easy in and out, Candice is helpful and on top of it, she’s ready to assist whenever we visit.

I am an old customer of Public Storage and I keep coming back because the customer service is extraordinary at the Schiller Park location, her manager Candice is absolutely very helpful and always goes out of her way to accommodate our specific needs. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Don’t use these people, I had a time sensitive issue that required an storage parking spot, these people had me go through 3 different reservations, 8 different phone calls and 24hrs of waiting only to tell me after I waited for 3 hours outside the facility they told me that I needed an appointment in order to finish the rental process and after all those calls any representative was smart enough to set the appointment or informed me i needed one, also the price is extremely loaded with fees, ended up having to take my business elsewhere, 0 of 10
U can find some that have very good ppls nd some that don't, far as prices well some times they can be reasonable nd for the most they high which alot of places are.. I don't like with in 3 or 4 mos. Rent goes higher nd also customers is very bad towards customers at times very rude nd can be disrespectful

Being from a military background, I have had to use storage facilities more times than I can count. Most of the time, it's a very impersonal experience (very transactional). However, i must say... I have never had customer service like I do with Candace and Joel! They are extremely friendly, super helpful, and very knowledgeable. These two always go above and beyond. I always leave feeling like I had just visited extended family vs. simply paying my bill. The warm and friendly customer service should not go unnoticed and should definitely be recognized!

If I could give Zero stars I would! You can’t ever get through to anyone in the office. They raise their prices every couple month which wouldn’t be a problem if they were honest and helpful. I called a few months ago when I noticed they put huge rat bates and was told by the lady who called back a few days later that this was just out of caution but she was certain there were no rats in the storage. I know that this can happen 100% but why lie when we asked. Went to get things I needed for a new baby and found rat/mouse urine and poop all over the stuff I needed which now intern means it’s garbage and I have to buy new stuff. I’ called and left a message because yet again can’t get through to anyone and I pay extra for insurance so we will see if I get a call back and if they make it right with reimbursing for things that were completely ruined. Had she been honest from the start I would have just removed the items I knew we would be needing again. As mentioned, will be awaiting a call back to see if they make things right.

I originally was not very pleased with the fact that I was told by one agent at the Harlem location that the location I’m at now at Schiller Park was just down the street. This was not true by all means was actually quite far from the Harlem location which was most convenient for me. It wasn’t until I actually got here and was welcome by the most loveliest of all customer service agents I have had the experience to encounter in a long time. She was absolutely pleasant and changed my attitude 100% around and I decided to actually stay in the Schiller park location just for her. Grade A service!

Stopped into the office to inquire about prices on their storage spaces and I will definitely be renting here. Rosie was very helpful in answering my questions and because of her outstanding customer service she definitely made my decision to store with Public Storage that much easier. Nick was also a great help, facility is very clean both were attentive as soon as I stepped in was noticed right away. Honestly best place I've gone too since looking for some extra storage space while my house gets some well needed renovations. Reasonable pricing too checked a few storage facilities before making my decision. Thank you Rosie for all your help, who ever hired her she's a keeper, these times it's hard to find people that are not only polite but hard working and they do not rush you as if your bothering them like some places. Great place great service!
