Public Storage is like DeeBo off of the movie "Friday" to your pockets..
(I got a unit on a special, it hasn't even been a year, and they've raised my storage fees 3 times!)
They go up, when they want to & when they want to.. you have no choice but to pay up..
..Unless you want them holding your belongings hostage.. (Hint:) which I found out by the 8th, I couldn't get access to the gate anymore..
Also, Beware, rain can leak into your unit, and a lot of spiders will get in your stuff, so wrap to protect it.
Only reason the get 1 star is because of the cleanliness of the site..
NO OTHER REASON..
Not the Staff, not their service, not the kiosk BS they put in (while the real workers laugh, joke, and hide in an office all day, avoiding customers), not their late fees, nothing else.. I MEAN NOTHING ELSE.
Store your stuff somewhere else, to be honest.. Oh, and don't be human & mistakenly forget to pay; the late fee is a third (1/3) of your storage fee.

This public storage has amazing service, specifically a young lady named Jackie and helped my cousin and I find a storage room very quickly and her Spanish was amazing.
Omg.. I wanted to vacate but Jackie got me into a smaller and way cheaper unit. Jackie thank you so so much for everything. I really appreciate everything you have done for me. You have saved me a lot of money. You are truly amazing. I hope Public Storage knows just how much you are valued.

why is rent being increased about $50 every six months?! insanity - it’s not even climate controlled - literally just a GARAGE to keep my stuff. what started off as 195 rent is now 241 in two years. i’m better off just selling my stuff.
EDIT - they gave me three months of a lowered rate just to increase it to $289 with no warning. you should be ashamed of yourselves. looking for other places or i’ll just sell my stuff. not worth it

Management is a very hard-working group of people that work here. The last review is a false scam and needs to be reported to police for defamation of character.
Doesn’t have cameras on the back half of lot. Jackie helped someone rob my unit and then went on vacation the day after it was reported! BE WARE! YOUR BELONGINGS ARE NOT SAFE HERE! She will drive around and snoop into your storage. Put your own security camera up if you want to rent here! She will be of no help!

Hunted for a good location and a good deal. But the bonus was we got such great service and attention! Jackie, the manager, is very gracious and understanding. Came in late and flustered with lots of family help and she helped us figure out how to get in and out easily even though really the office was supposed to be closing already. she also called to check on her experience afterwards. Very secure facility, great management and, the price was right. Highly recommend.

Decent availability, fairly good customer service, but absolutely terrible communication and rate increases. Always ask when the rates will change when getting a unit otherwise I guarantee you will be in for a shock!!

Not sure if there attributable to it being the Midwest or if Jackie is just naturally friendly, but I’d def recommend this public storage!!
Of note, all, if not most, of the units are drive-up (another selling point for me safety-wise).
