First, anyone paying the most minor attention to your Google reviews can CLEARLY see they're a bunch of paid for shill reviews.
Second, showed up to rent a locker, there was no one in the office despite them being open and the customer service line went to just their main corporate customer service robo-system. Despite desperately trying to pay the. money, I couldn't even get someone to help me.
Lastly, it's clear based on most of the rates that they lure you in with cheap rates and then jack them up to double and triple. I'm going to leave and just keep my stuff in my basement to avoid dealing with this company that's obviously only out to extract as much money as they can without providing any actual service or stable pricing.

They bring you in and make promises about rates and then as I found out later I’m paying double who knows when I will get to triple the amount they are giving the same space to new customers for. Cannot wait to be done with this company!

Well the public storage on Lois in Rollingmeadows is one of the best offices around. They work with you, listen and get you in really quick . This manager is so nice . She just had an operation so keep her in you guys prayers. She'll always be in mines and so will Public Storage.

We are renting this place for 1 year. on august 28 I went to storage to start moving out my stuff, on the half way I met Teresa manager and just mentioned that we will not extend agreement. On Tuesday august 30 at 5:01 I got call from DM Michael and I was driving and wasn’t able to answer. He left voice mail that they trying to vacate it and they will change lockers. I called him back at 5:05 and said I’ll call in 5 min after I’ll park. I returned call at 5:09 and explained that We are moving out stuff. He said its ok it works for them. We went evening and they changed locker without my permission and opened unit and check what was there. I paid them rent until august 31 and they trying to make money on me for no reason. This case will go to court and they will pay for it. don’t rent storage there. Manager never on place and they renting back office room for apartment. Bad place
