When getting started, they FORCE you to buy their lock. They FORCE you to buy their insurance. Latter you can cancel their BS insurance but you must buy it then cancel. They FORCE you into autopay. Their app is extremely deceiving and very useless. Literally doesn't work. The gate access is always broken. And the lack of transparency on fees and charges is absurd.

The bathroom is clean. In comparison to the nightmare experience I had with Cubesmart, this place is like heaven. God controls The climate, not the devil like at cubedumb in Glenview. The black guy is nice too. Thank you!
Upon arriving the building had a foul humid smell. The building is not climate controlled something I wasn’t made aware of upon my purchasing a unit. After moving my stuff in I reached out about the smell I was informed by a Chris said to be the manager I would be provided with two moisture wicking products, when I went to pick up said products Renee informed me I was getting only one product I kindly shared that was not what I was told when speaking to the manager after she exchanged some works with Chris I was provided the two but I just didn’t feel valued as a customer when my word was questioned. Why would I have to lie about what was said to me. If you’re low on money and it’s a short time use this place or if it’s something that’s ok to be out in the elements. But for anything important or long time storage opt for a climate controlled establishment. I would not recommend this place for business, I was miss informed throughout the whole process of doing business here. Was told if I left before my move in date I would be refunded by Adam the district manager go and behold I did move out before my move in date and was told that was not true. It’s too much he said she said going on here, even from the management. Just go elsewhere. Save yourself the headache I went through.

Rene does not have enough social skills or communication skills to be handling the property. Nor does he seem to have much customer service etiquette. Why do these companies hire just anyone?! Must be a shortage in people filling out applications or with the necessary skills set. Sad.

Sarita is one the best service representatives I have ever spoken to. Upon uploading all my furniture into the storage unit I had an issue with my lock, I couldn’t secure the unit. The amazing part is this was not Sarita’s facility, this was a facility 56 miles south of Sartia’s facility. I couldn’t get in touch with the facility manager at my location and phoned Sarita’s location. She did everything possible to help me with my issue including getting in touch with my facility manager. My issue was solved in the end and I appreciate the care and effort Sarita put in to help me get my issue resolved.

My sister and I started rent a storage garage from them that began at a good price and with in the last year they increased the price twice to over $200 a month. Just just a garage space. Absolutely ridiculous we are ending our rental immediately. Buyers beware it will start out good but they will increase the price and you can't do anything about it. Run for the hills. Plus the place is disgusting.

Chris helped us straighten out some billing issues with my aunt’s storage unit. Plus she lost her key so we had to order a new lock. (She’s been very ill.) Chris was very helpful, very thorough, very nice when we visited there in person on 12/9. My aunt said that Chris was also very calm and reassuring on the phone earlier in the week when I was not available and she was really confused by her bank. Thank you, Chris!
