She took it upon herself, before she even knew I was leaving, to provide me with an extra loading cart. Leanne also gave a very clear description of the steps to vacate. Steve was absolutely the best. I called in to ask about whether I needed to show proof of alternate insurance and he told me I was all set. I would just be dealing with my insurance in the very slim chance anything happened. I asked off handedly about the rising rates and he told me about how since I had the unit for over a year it was supply and demand, but he would see what he could do and wow did he deliver. He managed to finagle the price down for three month, absolutely saving my behind because right now my finances are real tight. He doesn't usually work this location but I'm glad he was working there today.

I rent the storage here and moving my stuff in and out. The person who works there I found out her name is Leann, she was very impolite , not professional. And she was assaulting me when I moved my stuff in and store my stuff in the unit. She was SUPER RUDE, had no right screaming and yelling at me and told me that I am NOT allowed to hangout. That is not the way you treat your people here. I really DO NOT understand why people will gave her good reviews. Not acceptable and PROFESSIONAL. She needs to learn how to treat customers politely.

Always ready & eager to help you and with a smile; with the “Tax surcharge” that the Village of Lincolnwood imposed on us this year suddenly…and with the 2nd Rate HIKE in 6 months from P.S.-which was totally outrageous and suspiciously came on after the new “Tax surcharge” she really went to bat for me! She put me in contact w/the Regional mgr and the District mgr to give a discount. Thanks so much Leeann for all you’ve done for me and all your customers! Sarita is wonderful. She helped us when we moved out and even stuck around a few minutes after closing to make sure we were ok.
Sarita was super nice and very helpful. It was my first time going to the location for my boss. She showed me how to use the gate lock and walked me through maze to find the unit. She stayed with me because I nervous to be by myself even. After I locked up (with her help), she showed me a better way to enter the building for future easier access.

Quality customer service by Lea-Ann! I was helping a friend move(never fun), but Lea-Ann made our moving experience into a storage unit painless! She greeted us with such a great approachable friendly demeanor, was quick to assist, and eager to answer any questions. She was also very helpful and accommodating in helping my buddy change his storage room for a more accesible/bigger one that was located closer to the front entrance when he decided that would work best. All in all, great storage facility with a top notch employee, thank you Lea-Ann!

Leanne was truly great help from beginning to end when I first called with inquires. She l even looked at other locations to get me the unit I wanted . I chose her location and she was very friendly and knowledgeable about the property. She offered my moving team water and snacks she even found one of my wedding pictures and returned to me the next day that is what I call beyond great customer service

When to look for a storage unit. Did not know which one to pick but Sarita the employee there helped me so much. She was so nice and helpful. She showed me 2 units and was willing to keep showing more if I asked. I would definitely recommend this facility. Sarita was great!

Lea-ann was exceptional in all the service I received today, she went beyond the regular to make sure I was taken care of.
Nicole was incredibly patient and helpful in resolving our storage unit transfer today. Even though it involved multiple steps and calls to the district manager (our fault because of its complicated nature), she kept at with a smile and some truly wonderful conversation which did much to relieve my anxiety. I feel like I left with a new friend and a neighborhood storage facility were I was much more than a unit number.

The property manager Leanne is so helpful. I have been a customer since 2019 and had a total of 4 units( down to 1 now). She has helped with everything from door access to packing supplies and closing out my units. Always friendly and always helpful. Leanne makes this place great.
