They had the right size for me, and the people who worked their were very nice also when moving my things out i discovered mice in my boxes 📦 which was very awkward so that was not very good over all it was ok...

DJ was undeterred from the questions I had about the unit, and uninterrupted to understand my situation and needs. (I like how the app can be used to open the gate. Unsure how long that's been avaliable. Undertandable that I'd know about it only now, anyway.) DJ had unoccupied time so I had my unit ready that day. It felt great having this one thing go well for me during this move. Unbound by these boxes that were narrowing my house down to goat-paths. It's uncommon for someone to match my energetic nature so it was fun being a little unhinged. When he makes 10-year he needs a unfathomable amount of money as a bonus. I would bonus him myself, but that's understandably not my say. Maybe it would be fun if it was unceremoniously dropped off like as an actual money bag, dollar sign and all? I am unappreciated for my genius.
I'll update (if I can, or make a new one) when I finish renting my unit.

The storage unit that I bought there was no lock inside, plus one day I forgot to lock the unit, and they thought I was moving out and threw away my alpine star stuff, ok is my fault to forgot to lock it, but a quick call it will helpful

There is no possible way this company has 5 stars. 4 years ago, I was moving out of state and needed a place to store my things. I signed up for Public Storage and thought I had found a good storage company. Not even a year later they started increasing my rent. I even asked when I started if this was a fixed rate, and I was told that it could change in a few years due to upgrading the facility. Here we are 5 years later, and they are trying to bump my 33 payments to $100. a 196% increase. I came home to see the facility and it still is a complete dump. No cameras, no upgrades, NOTHING. I've tried a few times to call their facility and I've been on hold for 45 minutes every time. Do yourself a favor and don't trust this company. Don't give them a dollar of your money. They are crooks who won't hesitate to take advantage of your business.

Love the customer service!! We experience a little bit of water in our unit in which I store an Very antique Item and as soon as I notified DJ he right away made arrangements for a different unit and insured I felt my antique piece was safe by following up with me to make sure everything is well with the new unit! And this why this has been the only storage unit I come to Thank you DJ, blessing !!
Staff was super friendly and helpful...... facility is extremely clean, Dj is super helpful throughout these 2 years. Now that I’ve moved out to Gurnee I just had to move everything from storage, but if anyone is looking to rent a space talk to Dj and he will go above and beyond for you. Thanks Dj for everything.

I went in today with questions about an unit i spoke with Tamyia she was very helpful and nice.
Every time I have had to visit this facility it has been raddled with difficulties. There was one instance where the lock broke to my storage unit and we had to get help from management, but they were no where to be found. I have written to/called Public Storage HQ describing my experience and received EVEN LESS help!
