Darren was patient, efficient, and above all a kind voice. Darren resolved my problem quickly and then even called me back to follow up. I cannot begin to explain the communication difficulties I have had in the past with PS. Darren restored my faith in customer service today. No lie. It is a difficult skill set to find these days. I've been using this location for years for storage of extra [stuff]. It's a really nice facility in general, but the thing that I really like about it is the people who run it. This hidden gem facility is well maintained by the staff. (Mainly by the store manager Jessie) I feel assured my belongings are stored safely under her watch.
