Lori was incredibly knowledgeable and instrumental in helping me find the perfect unit. I was in a tough spot, needing to move out of a three-bedroom apartment as quickly as possible, but Lori went above and beyond. Her expertise, encouragement, and dedication made a stressful situation so much easier, and she ensured I got exactly what I needed.

I stopped by this facility at 1300 E. Chicago St. Elgin IL, and found it to be a very well-maintained and clean property. I worked with Lori, and she was absolutely wonderful! She was very informative, and just the nicest person! I would definitely recommend this facility!

I am currently in transit between two properties & stopped at this public storage at 1300 E. Chicago in Elgin Illinois. I have never used a storage unit before, so I had plenty of questions. The employee there, Lori was so helpful to me! Very patient and kind! Walked me around the property showing me my options and the security of these units. The property was very clean! Lori is definitely an asset to your company! Highly recommended

Rented a indoor unit for a couple of months for a reasonable price. Lori was awesome, had an issue with my door lock mechanism and took care of really quick! Had to leave one of my door lock keys with her in order for the technician to take a look at it and got it fixed within a couple days. Well trusted people and location. 5 stars!!

Awesome PS managers work here, Chicago St, Elgin IL. Most professional, pleasant & nice. They care about their tenants and willing to come to unit to assist with any issues (newly painted doors so latch was hard to move). Love the accessible days & hours!! Much more than many other locations & other companies. Highly recommended.

Lori was absolutely fantastic!!!! Quick and easy! She called me first thing the next morning as soon and I reserved it the night before! I was struggling with the payment part online so I walked in and she guided me through it throughly and quickly. Walked me to my storage unit, showed me how to get access in with the app etc. she was awesome! I actually dreaded doing this part because I thought it would be more of a drag but it was the complete opposite! Thank you!

Lady said she did a walk through everyday but it was dirty everytime I walked on the property and at one point there was a whole pole of glass that just stayed there for 2 days. It's unsafe because there's no security cameras anywhere and even if you cancel an hour late after the first they will still charge you the full month's rent and not drop the charge. DONT RENT HERE.

1st month has a promo, 2nd it goes to regular price. Fine. 3rd month they raise price, 4th month they raised price. 6th month another increase. Was told this would be the price until the 12th month. Predatory pricing scheme

Its your average storage, but wit an app that let's you open and close the gate as pleases. The only problem is that its in a flood area, but I have not heard of any floods in that particular storage. Some of the storages smell a little bit, but what do you expect from an outside storage.?
