One thing I like about this place is service. Someone is always at the first desk to help you and direct you if you are lost. Jennies’ seevice is something to be rewarded for.

Jeanine was very helpful. Jeanine Assisted in locating the unit and also helped with a small problem that arose. Jeanine helped me get acclimated to the operations of the facility. The storage facility is very clean, secure and plenty of lighting. Happy to be able to secure my belongings in peace.

The ladies who works at the front, specifically the property manager was so helpful. I was already stressed out about moving and they made the process extremely smooth for me and guided me throughout the whole way. I was able to move into my unit safe and sound with the best help, thank you soo much again!

The app does not work as it is suppose to open doors and gates. The storage smells moldy and smells really bad. Waiting on my month to be done to get out.

She found us a better unit in the center of the building (the replacement unit also seems visually to be a tad bigger). She even helped with soaked paper boxes.

Tracy and Rhonda’s customer service skills are top notch. They’re very pleasant and they really placed me at ease today. Thank you for your outstanding service. Also allowed me to use they’re personal charger for cellular phone and that was a lifesaver.

We received terrible service and also felt discrimination toward us because our English is not well spoken. The two ladies that work there didn't want to honor the labor day sale that is currently going on. I had called before going, to see if there were any storage availability and we had reserved one for a special labor day sale price. And when we got there they said plainly that No they will not give us the price the customer service rep from public storage on the phone had given on us. They were whispering among themselves and we were ridiculed by them. We are so disappointed.

I was moving my belongings on June 20th and 2 things fell off my cart when I left. I noticed them through the glass but because it was after hours, I was locked out and my items were inside on the floor. The very next morning, I called to see if they were still on the floor or if they were kept in a lost and found -but my items were not present at all. I called REPEATEDLY to find out who was the person who stole my sentimental items & Jeanine (manager) nor Tammy (worker) called me back. Either a client stole my items or Jeanine & Tammy are thieves. Something in the buttermilk isn’t clean over there at 2351 N Harlem Ave! The storage should be protected by cameras. If the logs into the gate or building are kept in the Public Storage computer, then why hasn’t Jeanine (the property manager) given me a call back? The items may have been trashed but the least Jeanine could have done is returned my calls.

Worse place ever. They rice the price almost every month and if you miss a payment, they cut your lock and made you replace it but after paying a lot on extra fees. NO RECOMENDED. GET OTHER STORAGE.

The building is massive and the grounds are very clean. Signing up was smooth and the checking in process was was easy. The storage unit is in a nice area.

With so many people out of work, and others overworked, I have found it difficult to find individuals who still take pride in their profession. After completing my application for a unit on-line and experiencing difficulty in negotiating the site to retrieve important copies of documents I needed, I headed directly for the storage site. I was welcomed by two pleasant faces willing to assist me step by step through the process. Jeanine was exemplary in her patience in answering the many questions I bombarded her with - even when I asked them numerous times, offering me the opportunity to call her if I had any additional questions. She located and printed out the documents I needed upon request. She made me feel that I had made the right choice in choosing her facility. Ozlem was great at helping me locate my unit. She escorted me to the unit and took time to familiarize me with how to open and close the unit, exhibiting a great deal of patience. A task I found quite daunting. The office, the facility, and my personal unit was clean of any debris - which was truly a welcomed addition. I recommend this located to anyone.
