I rented a storage space at this location for 14 months. The location was close, the grounds were always clean and the service provided by Alfonso was second to none. Only knock against the place was that the rent increases (10x20 unit started at 266/month, then 366/month after 6 months, then 450/month after 12 months) were rather aggressive and definitely motivated us to get out sooner.
Alfonso, the manager of this location, is fantastic. Not only is he friendly and personable, but he is always there to help us out with whatever we need when we come by. His customer service and knowledge is outstanding. Thank you for your help Alfonso!

This company takes advantage of their customers. We've had a unit for over 4 years, always paid on time, have always dealt with the increases, until now. We received a notice that our rent was going up 30%. When we called to ask for a waiver, we were told sure, you'll definitely get it because of your history with us. They continuously use the term "valued customer", which is clearly a joke. We never heard back, even though we were supposed to receive an email verifying the waiver / decrease back to what we have been paying.
The going rate for a unit right next door is way lower than what we pay. When we asked them how this is fair, that new customers are more "valued" than us, we were told that moving next door and starting a new account is an option. Seriously? They're vultures. They never bothered to tell us that the increase would remain, and now we have half a month to move, when we could have had the full month.
DO NOT rent from them. Customer service is garbage, and they don't "value" anything about their customers.
The best Worker I’ve ever met at public storage Alfonso aka Gary is crazy friendly, great customer service and clean facility although he will get on if you late with payments!!! LoL he’s a good Person!

Location and access. If you are close and a non heated place works this place will work. Remember some more heated and urban location you will wait your turn to unload or used a elevator. Harder to use on bad weather aka during heavy rain or heavy snow or 1 day after blizzard.
Was around the neighborhood and wanted to check out other units and possibly upgrade my space. Alfonso was great at getting my me first rental, and letting me know all of my options for upgrades!
