Rhonda is a gem! A really warm and funny person, who was so incredibly helpful with my moving issues. I preemptively booked a storage space and realized I needed to get one in another state for moving, so had to cancel this one. Left a voicemail and Rhonda called me back and was incredibly kind and personable. She helped me with my refund and saved me a trip to going to a PS in person by calling me and doing everything. She assured me that it wasn't uncommon and just had a great energy during the process.
There's customer service and then there's someone who is so helpful and kind that it brightens your week. Just like the other reviews say, Rhonda is a huge asset to this company and I'm sure anyone who comes here is going to be happy that they did. She's awesome!

Rhonda at this Public Storage is probably the BEST customer service I have ever gotten as a customer EVER. She answers any questions you may have. She takes her time showing you the property. She goes out of her way making sure you leave happy. She’s an huge asset to the company, and I appreciated her help so much!

I got an email saying my rent was almost doubling. So I immediately called and spoke to Rhonda who told me to call back in March “and they would be able to fix it.” So I just called and spoke with Tracy who told me, “Your rent is below market so there’s nothing I can do.” Tracy is also maybe the least helpful, friendly, or professional person ever? Anyway, it’s a total bait and switch. Stay away.

Praise God for Rhonda and Tracy they took very good care of me! I am currently paying $293 for the same size at a competitor for only $80 bucks! Can’t complain!

I was storing at Honore most recently not because I liked it ( you can see my review for Honore Lawrence if you go to their page) but because it was convenient for my team. I was so happy to see Public Storage building a new location on Kedzie. It's clean, well-lit, well- staffed and less than half of what I was paying at Honore. Mind you, I have used a number of storage facilities for my business for a number of years and honestly most are poorly managed but I've had a personal experience using Public Storage before and they are the best managed storage company I've encountered. Tracy behind the desk is super helpful and capable and I feel like I am finally in good hands!

Rhonda and Tracy were great today. They showed me a unit that was a perfect fit for me. They set me up with auto pay. What a great experience great customer service.
I was using another storage space for more than double the price, and it was far less convenient! The units are clean, you always see someone cleaning or helping someone, it's really perfect.
Tracy helped me find the perfect size. It was quick and easy getting a space and probably my most positive storage experience after decades of using them. Obviously I'll highly recommend them :)
Jim was the best! Me and my daughter came in today to finish signing up. He was patient with any question I had. We’re at peace of mind knowing everything will be perfectly stored this winter. The process from reserving online, to signing up in person was quick and easy. I would highly recommend PUBLIC STORAGE on Kedzie to anyone in the area or Afar.
