After moving from Chicago, we needed a storage unit near our new home. During our visit, we met Taishima, the manager. Taishima was incredibly friendly, making it easy for us to seek help and guidance. She was not only welcoming and approachable but also showed a remarkable depth of knowledge and maintained high professionalism. She patiently answered all our questions about pricing, unit sizes, and operating hours, making a stressful time much smoother.

I was a first-time user of Public Storage and I have to say it was a great experience. Their employees on site were not only knowledgeable, but extremely helpful. They answered any and all questions. The on line procedure was easy peasy and any billing communications were prompt and easy to understand. Prices were very reasonable too. Highly, highly recommend.
I recently help my mother get her things out of storage as we found her a new place to be. Taishima helped make exit process very easy and smooth. Definitely very welcoming and helpful and will be back if need another storage place. This location has amazing and thoughtful staff, you don’t really get that often from storages.
