If I have one advice to give you, DO NOT RENT at this location. They do constant price increases. Since October 2022, they have already increased my storage price by 60 usd (3 increases in less than 2 years). I Understand it is stipulated in the contract, but they do take advantage here. I had a storage unit with another company for 3 years and they never increased the price.

Misleading the size measurements. The 10x15 I measured and it came out 10x14 unless you count the outside of the sliding garage door. Also the 10x20 short of 12 inches. This location is in Bolingbrook Illinois.

The customers Service Reps at this location are the best
I have been a customer here for almost 3 years. During that time my rent has increased from $47 a month to $101 a month. I just received an email stating that my rate would increase again by 20% to $120 a month for an 8x10 unit. This is ridiculous, that's over a 100% increase in rent in less than 3 years. When does it stop? When the rate increased from $73 to $101 (that's a 38% increase, by the way), I called the manager and asked for some relief but never got a follow-up. I'm going to move away from Public Storage, and this time I'll get the rate in the contract.

Offers no flexibility with their auction buyers. Was given a code to access property and empty unit. Code did not work and no one was at the facility. Then I received a nasty call from a district manager Kennie Shearer at 1:00 pm demanding the unit be empty by 5:00 pm. I wonder it she treats her employees and customers the same way she treats her auction bidders? Very bad experience.

I'm very disappointed in this company I've been with them for 3 years they're now raising my rent again to do something a month when if I go online I can get it for the same price I'm paying now not willing to work with you to get it fixed I wouldn't recommend this for the price that I'm paying I can get a climate controlled in a better place than what I'm doing with now.

I have had a storage unit here for over a year. Their billing is a mess and there are mistakes majority of the time. They say they have a texting system and it will work for 1 month and then be down for 8. I have been promised numerous credits and refunds due to these issues then I have to follow up numerous times for them to decide they cannot keep their word.
