Aside from Aida being helpful- there's nothing great about this place. I've been waiting on someone to come and cut the lock off my space, it's been almost a month now. I've received contradicting information from everyone I've spoken to. No one works on site and you need to leave voicemailSSSSS- apparently if you cruse in the message, you receive a call back right away. This was definitely not worth the first month at $1. I tried calling the district manager Abdul, never got an answer.
The employees are very helpful especially Aida. The store and property are always nice and clean.

I would like to share my experience to let everyone one that they have rats, mice, roaches and other rodents. I went to take my Christmas decor out my locker and it was filled with rodents poop, grass, hay and paper. When I got the key to the locker it was clean. My couches were filled with rats living in it. Thankfully my decor was stored higher but it smelled so bad that I just tossed them out. The lady at the front desk was nice, that’s pretty much the positive. I threw everything out that was in there nothing was saved.
Aida was an amazing help, letting us know how the storage works in detail since it was our first time looking into renting a storage unit. The sweetest person, would recommend to come here.

Arrived at the location literally 2 minutes before closing on a Sunday and the lady at the front desk could of easily told me to return the next day but she didn’t.
