Horrible customer service. The property manager Rhonda is very very rude and disrespectful. Items was stolen out of my unit by one of the employees and they’re acting nonchalant about it. This location is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!

Over priced and rat infested. But I will say carvella and the other employees are very kind and helpful. The employees need more help. They have one employee up there to run the whole operation. Wouldn’t recommend this storage place to anyone. Half of our furniture and miscellaneous items were ruined from rat, urine and maggots. Thumbs down for sure!

They have rat problems and don’t tell you about it knowing they have them until you address it!!! Then they acknowledge that it’s been an issue for a while. Very irresponsible. Then they ask us to leave a good review on google😂 it’s a joke. The manager is sweet but they all goes away with an issue like this. Thank goodness they make you get insurance. It comes in handy here.

Carmella, the store manager, was very friendly and helpful. She was knowledgeable about her job and made sure I was satisfied with my selection before completing my contract. She made me aware of how to access and make payments to my account. I really enjoyed her presence.

It's a great facility to have your things stored. It's well kept and maintained. The associate by the name of Carvella gave me a tremendous amount of assistance in regards to the facility. I highly suggest to ask for her if you have any questions or concerns.

We've never had any issues with Public storage the only thing the increasing costs. We understand that inflation but, the cost is a headache but it's a great service the care takers are great .

Worst dump ever. I went to this location Friday December 26,2022 to pay my first months rent. The black lady working in the office was so rude and had a terrible attitude. I asked her to show me the unit first she refused. I really needed the unit so I said I go find it. I couldn't locate so went back to the office and asked for my money back. Also in the office big chunks of broken glass was on the floor while she sit down and see a safety Hazzard. Refund my debit card back and I will never return to this dump.

Absolutely horrible!!! Please do not rent from this company their gates seems to be broke every other week. Please be mindful of the false accusations of notice of rent increase seems to be at their leisure. Climate control I laugh I’ve entered my unit to notice neighbors on either side can access my unit simple jump over wall…… Over the course of a little over a year my rent went up tremendously and when you call customer service they do not want to assist. Save your self the headache please please don’t not rent here

I have rented storage spaces at many different locations over the years and this location is solid. The best you are going to get for the price. It's clean, secure and Mardena and her crew run a professional and tight operation. If you want piece of mind that your belongings will be secure and you are looking for a affair price, Public Storage at 2660 Mountain Industrial Blvd in Tucker is the place for you. I would highly consider it.

They stole my money. A week after renting it they vacated the unit. No apologies but a nasty person on the phone who cursed at me. Its been a month and n money is still not back into my account. 48 hours turned into a month to hear today Im not receiving my refund cause they closed the case....so basically i went there just to give this pos my hard earned money so they could steal it My recommendation..... This location is as getto as getto can be. Rude workers. Runnnnnnnn, or go to UHaul that provides better service with better units.

The storage unit I received has plywood up for walls and leaking so I reported it to management for my unit to be moved. Management says she wasn’t aware about the water leaking in several spots in the unit and that I did have insurance. I was in disbelief as she had to call for permission in order for me to change units after me only having it 3 days. They gave her permission and I was moved a couple doors down to another plywood walls unit. The units are Overpriced for the location and the condition. The second thing I called because I was 2 days late making payment and spoke to a lady that said she would wave the late fee just pay online, I attempted but it just wasn’t allowing me to not pay late fees. So I went into the office to pay telling her the conversation I had. So I ended up paying the late fee, left and that night I returned around 8:20pm. My gate code did not work, I called the office, left a voicemail message for someone to give me a call that I was outside the gate, I called the number on the sign waiting outside the gate and the agent tried to reset, override, and message property management for 30 minutes. I had just paid $245 and $45 late fee, wasted time and gas and never received a courtesy call from management. Third thing I made it too the property at 8:49pm, went in grabbed what I needed keeping in mind the time as this property closes at 9, get to the gate scan at 9pm and 9:01 it denied me access to exit automatically from the app I had to back all the way up, go around the back to exit gate to get out and put code in manually to exit. I reach the exit gate at 9:03. I received a call from management for that, basically saying that could not happen again or loss access to unit, and I would be allowed to come during business hours and be fined if it happens again. I understand policy, rules and guidelines but if management looked at when I arrived and when I left, clearly I was respecting the policy, rules and guidelines. A storage is an extension of a person because it stores, things that may not be valued, but still have purpose. I should not have been given a call that made me feel threatened, disciplined and punished for doing business at this location. I’ve been a customer off and on of Public Storage for years. There should be a Grace time and I wish a little more empathy was given to be received respectfully.

She webt over the size and the prices that she had at this location and let ne kbow that she dis not have the size that i wanted but was willing and happt to help me find a 5×5 and still stay in the price that i was looking for..
