Just picked up a storage unit I won from an auction. Shannon ( the big back )had an extreme attitude. Like I did nothing to her. If she don’t wanna work there she needs to go be home and be stank . Very unprofessional and just nasty for no reason. Would never go back or bid on anything from this unit .

Shannon is the rep who called me for a relative when I told her I would pass the message she laughed and terminated the call. When returning her call to ask what the issue was and to have my number removed she was very rude and unprofessional. I would never want my company represented like this and her attitude sucks. Management please look into this immediately. She is a liability for your company.

I rented a a 10x25 at this location online based on the description. I needed the space before their open time. I arrived at the space & the opening looked smaller than 10' & I needed close to 9'. I measured the opening without opening the seal on the lock & determined the opening was too small. I contacted the office & canceled without ever going in unit 317. The manager said I would get a full refund since I never cracked the seal however I did not get a full refund. They kept over $50 of my money. They lie, don't answer the phone & steal. Avoid like the plague or expect to see their real colors.

They keep hiding the pictures of my receipt that's show this amazing breakdown timeliness of increases of your bill . And conveniently has no listing for the extra 50 something dollars added to bill. Never met a scammer who wasnt nice So dont be fooled by a smile. Almost a 100 dollar increase in Less than year of renting and bill went up twice with no notice no reason why or anything.Not to mention my unit has had a leak everytime it rains and still 2months later there has been no resolve or even a call back. You can see starting 05/2023 until the new bill I received for 217.00 now. I specifically asked the lady before signing into anything if there was an increase and was told no. This company policy is nothing but a bait and switch. And on this last bill now You can see the monthly rate you can see the 9 discount. You can see the 15.00 insurance .Now do the math and someone explain to me where and what the extra not listed 50 dollars is? This company should be sued!

Shannon in the office was incredibly rude to my employees two separate times when they visited the location to gain entry into our company storage unit. They were denied entry because they did not have the gate code, and were not named on the rental agreement. Completely understand. However, she treated them as if they were doing something wrong by simply being there. Today, my manager and I went in with them to resolve the issue from the day before, and three of our employees were with us. They were standing quietly behind us while we worked with Shannon, and she looked at my manager and said “does EVERYbody need to be in the office?” Making my employees feel unwelcome, so they stepped out into the parking lot. This is an absolutely unacceptable way to treat people, ESPECIALLY when you are conducting business. I’m not sure what position Shannon holds, but her behavior was completely uncalled for and disrespectful. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Update they keep trying to hide my receipt pictures from my review. That shows the breakdown and the extra charge that conveniently is not listed. Whatever you do doesn't matter the time or how inconvenient the office makes it seem, or what management tells you bc you think their nice. Read the scam your about to agree to. Read each detail,bc the office leaves out important facts. They bank on inconveniencing you,The ploy is to reel you on a special then raise the cost every 3 or 4months bc they know how difficult it is to move your stuff to another so they just keep doing it. Less than year my rate has been increased 3 times. Stay posted I'm going to attach pictures of this whole facility as I move out to show the conditions your paying a ridiculous amount for!

As a business owner, customer service is highly important to me. Mankind has lost all of its dignity in society. Until I met this beautiful lady at Public Storage by the name of Kisha. She a true gem. The most kindest person I’ve met in a long time!! She made me smile!!! Keep up the amazing work!!!

I had a problem for a week or so with my unit, I decided to go to the store to see what was going on. The new hire, I believe her name was Lakisha helped me resolve my issues, quickly and efficiently.

I rented a space 6 months and was shocked to see my bill go up almost $80. I was not informed of any price increase when I rented the space. Which should be told to the customer when they come in and pay. Just to be told it was in your contract. I feel that any price increase should be explained as that plays a very important factor to where I store my items. I feel it was very underhanded and unprofessional to not explain to the customer at the time of there rental agreement. Then when I contacted corporate they replied saying I can take my things to another unit. Which I will have to pay more money to do that. Very disappointing and not good practice. The only reason I gave a star is because the property manager was great and very helpful anytime. However everyone be aware public storage is just like the rest of these big companies out to get money by any means nessary.

No one is ever available to assist at this location. We have had a unit here since April and out of all that time (5 months) we have seen an actual person once and this is during business hours. The first time when i did see the lady who was on duty, she got me in and situated and told me to let her know when i was finished so she could let me out. I was literally stuck at the gate 30 minutes before i thought to call the 800 number so they could let me out. She never answered her phone like she told me she would. Once we get our things out of this Location we won’t be returning.

I've been an online storage treasures bidder for years on and off and I've never felt so disrespected and just disgusted how they talk and treat their customers. I take customer service very seriously I also run few businesses and if I ever spoke to my customers like that I would lose customers and eventually lose my business. Also extremely unprofessional. I won a unit at public storage in tucker ga 2660 MOUNT INDUSTRIAL BLVD April 20, 2023. It was loaded down packed up to the brim for 50.00. Paid them for unit and clerk was rude and had this attitude I had 72 hours to clean the unit out. NO cleaning deposit was required. I had my friend with expedition follow me to unit and I was driving mini cooper. We loaded both vehicles to the brim and all that was left was few 5 pieces of furniture. We drove to gate and clerk refused to let us leave assuming we would get everything out of unit immediately so we engaged in argument told her I still have few days to clean out and she demanded a deposit be left. I told her I am not going to leave deposit. And that it wasn't part of paperwork or online deal invoice etc. She called her manager also told me she thinks I was never planning on cleaning out my unit. And said storage treasures would reach out to me. Meanwhile I told her I was contacting them and police because she holding me and my friend against will from leaving property. Seconds later the gate opens and she comes outside says your blocking the gate please leave. DON'T DEAL WITH THIS company very fishy and seems after doing my own investigation that they weren't supposed to FORCE A DEPOSIT and was told they don't charge deposits. MEANWHILE THEY BANNED ME FROM ALL FACILITIES AFTER I TRied communicating with them that I was going to rent trailer or box truck for remaining items.

We came here after being deceived by another location on the same street. The pictures online made it seem like it was this locations when it was an older one in poor condition. Immediately upon walking in we were greeted pleasantly and Mardena was extremely helpful and willing to help out situation! This locations is clean and well kept, we are grateful we found the correct location and we’re able to be helped. Just an FYI if you rent on a special, even if you don’t accept the unit, the money is NON-REFUNDABLE no matter what.

Mardena has been awesome since day one. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The unit is nice, I have the indoor cooled unit and so far no bugs issues and hardly any dust. The access on app make it easy for me to get in and out without punching in code at the box.
