I’ve bee using PS for several years with extreme minimal contact with their onsite (day) customer service representative. Understanding the CSR is a direct reflection of PS, may I propose or offer a suggestion on who PS selects to represent the company. Please attempt to hire individuals who are familiar with how to conduct themselves when dealing with the public. STOP hiring individuals who have nasty dispositions, cannot hold a conversation without demonstrating a severe nasty attitude and fails to communicate when provided a means to communicate AND places a lock on a unit that has never been late in payment as a result of their personal desires to do whatever they want to do. Only after, I informed them of my failed attempts to contact corporate and having the other owner involved in the lockdown (long story unrelated to her nasty attitude). Anyway, I will continue to avoid their onsite management until I remove my items from this site. Additionally, I have observed a high turnover in their CSR’s
