Paid for a unit that wouldn't unlock with the code they gave me. Had to catch a flight. They still charged the admin fee of $40! I would not recommend this storage to anyone. Scammers!
Thank you Ms Judy just to start. Not only are the prices really really good. But Ms Judy is on top of the premises. My son left our storage in a hurry and not only left the unit unlocked, but wide open. We have all our physical possessions, including our motorcycles in the 10 x 20 unit. No more than 15 minutes later she called me, emailed me and texted me about my unit. When she didn't immediately reach me. She stood by the unit and added a lock to secure my family's goods. I was not charged for this . I was given the chance and time to replace the lock. Thank you Ms Judy!!!!!!!!!!

I spoke with Angela numerous times checking on a specific space.
She was the ONLY person after speaking with many others( who were clueless) that was so helpful that I want to leave her a 10 star rating if I could. She is the only representative I will try to contact if I need help with anything. I think she is at a call center that covers the southern region, so I hope this rating gets to the right person so that she gets the credit she deserves.
It’s my first time using a storage. It was fast, the lady who help me troughs the webcam was very nice answering about my questions, and overall nice experience.
The location it’s good, although it’s a little hidden from the street. It looks clean. And according to price isn’t that bad. I hope the good service continues. :))

I am new to public storage and have been with the company for about 3 months. I was paying around $66 for a very small unit, the smallest unit that they have and I just received an email that they're taking the price up $30. That is ridiculous and if you knew you were going to do that let's just be honest and say that up front. I will be moving my stuff as soon as possible, clearly the company lacks honesty and integrity. I do not recommend this business and will never rent with them again.
I never thought getting a storage unit for the first time would be so pleasant! Ms. Carolyn, the property manager, made this experience quick and easy for me. She was very thorough, clear and concise about everything i needed to know. On top of that she’s super sweet. I feel very secure with her overseeing this property. Prices aren’t too bad either!

Nightmarish service last night. I was DOUBLE charged for the month & they were absolutely SOULLESS. Talking over me, getting an attitude for no reason. The phone must of had a lag because Kate acted like I was talking over her when she wouldn’t even let me get a word in. How can you help me if you won’t even listen to anyone but yourself. Most incompetent service I have ever received literally no concept of reality or human decency. Disgusting service. I will make sure to never be back. It has been IMPOSSIBLE TO GET MY PAYMENT BACK WHEN I WAS DOUBLE CHARGED.
